Worst experience I?ve had in a fast food restaurant. It took staff awhile to acknowledge that we were standing at the counter... waiting for our order to be taken as they talked about work drama. Every booth was dirty, no tables were wiped off. I wouldn?trecommend this Burger King. Read more
I come to this location about once a month, i love burger king and would come more often. Unfortunately this location gives me... no reason to come back. Each time my mozzarella sticks are cold and hard, my wait is more than 8 minutes even when placing amobile order. Im not some ?Karen? who likes to complain However i draw the line when Im told to wait a a moment at the speak(which i have no problem with) and the reason is because the Ordertaker/Cashier was feeding ducks on the lawn. Then our orderwas completely mixed up and we were given the wrong food. We were later asked to prove what we had as our order even though atthe time we were the only people in the drive-through who had ordered a mobile order. They then gave us the wrong food, and gaveus an attitude when we had to tell them that they were missing the other half of our food because one bag was not ours. Not tomention that we had to ask for each and everyone of our four drinks because they forgot. We spent $50 on a mobile order I didn?tpick it up till 10 minutes after we ordered it just to make sure that they had time to make it. 2/10 don?t recommend. HoweverFood was delicious. Read more
Firm 4 ???? I like coffee here, burgers better than MD but not as good as 5guys
This place stinks. Not literally but in every other aspect. Rarely do I get enough chicken fries, never get napkins, their tea... is terrible, and they have a single employee that works the window and isn?t rude. If I did not work at a building directlybeside this place I?d have never have came here and would have been much happier. I?m quite literally praying on their downfallnow. Read more
