I got the pad Thai with chicken and it was very good and the portion size was big! Plus the bubble tea was delicious as well.
The food here is great and reasonably priced. I went here because a friend recommended i try it out and i was not disappointed.... They have a nice variety of options, different spice levels, they even have boba. It's very easy to order and they haveinstructions and pictures of different foods. Very happy to find this spot. I don't do reviews very often, and normally when I do its positive. However, for those traveling I felt it was important to... review this place as a warning. The food did not have real Thai flavor, the quality sucked, there was a roach in my water, thefried chicken was mostly bread, the pad Thai was too sweet, the Thai tea was just milk and sugar. This place isn't capable ofhaving good food because the problem is systemic, its gross garbage. I honestly don't understand their current rating, and theonly reason they get business is because the other thai food place only does take-out, and people don't want to eat messy Thaifood in their car. Pretty legit food for a fair price. I had the Beef Salad. It was heavy on the beef and light on the salad. Ask for more salad if... you want a good bit. My companion had Pad Thai with Chicken and it was a huge portion and very tasty. I'd definitely go again. Read more
This level of Thai food in a town like Morgantown is just awesome. Some of the food is a bit toned down for American palates,... but you can get it traditional levels of hot if you desire. 1-5 are all mild, but up around 10 you’ll be happy. Even at theextreme 20-30 levels it’s still solidly seasoned and very tasty, not just hot. Highly recommend. Read more
I love Chaang Thai. I have been coming here basically my whole conscious life. This restaurant brought me through long theater... rehearsals in high school, long nights of studying in college, and now as a senior in college, I am devastated knowing I will bemoving away from this incredible restaurant. I order the Bangkok Pad Si Ew every time with chicken, spice level 6, and this willfeed me for three days. The absolute ability for this food to be reheated is unmatched. Their crab rangoons are amazing, theirservice is quick, their new kiosks are excellent, and I absolutely adore this restaurant. Long live Chaang Thai. Read more
