I have never experienced a restaurant that is so habitually horrible. I occasionally give them a chance considering I get off... late and they?re one of the few places still open but each time the order takes 2 hours to arrive yet I live less than 1 mileaway. My last order was at the 1 hour and 45 minute mark before I decided to call the store and cancel because at that point Iwould rather go to bed hungry. The lady at the store was nice enough, no problems. 30 minutes later my dog starts barking at mydoor letting me know someone was there, I look and my *Cancelled* order is sitting there stomped up with the drink almostcompletely gone. Not only that but as soon as I brought it in to my house, the most overwhelming smell of weed and cigarettescame from it. I'm not really a negative review person, but I'll order from this store once every few months and it's been worse every time. I... placed an order 7:44 pm and it was 8:49 before I got an update saying it was out for delivery. It's now 10:03 and still nothing.If it was easy to just cancel it I would have. I'm pretty understanding with places being short staffed and everything sincecovid, but waiting almost two and half hours to still not have a sandwich delivered is a bit much. Read more
I should have read the reviews, it did indeed take 2+ hrs to receive our food. Update: decided to try delivery again 5mo later... to see if there was improvement. It's been over an hour and my order is still not out for delivery. I definitely will notbeing going to this location in the future and will NEVER order delivery from them again. Order from literally any othersandwich shop in town if you're in a hurry or hungry. Read more
Overall good, always room for improvement. Inside is a very tight squeeze when they?re busy. The last time I went (8/29/2022),... the staff were working very efficiently. It was lunch time, only 3 employees, and there was a line to the door and they clearedit in minutes. Kudos to them! Read more
I am tired of having poor experiences with this restaurant. I ordered my sandwich and drink an hour ago and it just showed up.... Warm. They're cold sandwiches with mayo, and it was warm. This is unacceptable and I will be seeking a refund. Read more
This makes several times that I have ordered a service deemed "freaky fast" only to be horribly disappointed by extremely long... wait times. The service has only been declining as of late. Ordered food and then didn't receive it for over 2 hours. Said it was out for delivery for over an hour (mind you, I'm less than... 1 mile from the store) By the time I received it, it was soggy and sour. I had gotten the chicken cesar wrap and it wasdisgusting and unsafe to eat by this point. Called the store several times and no one answered! Felt the need to post a review, which seems to echo a lot of the reviews previous. I usually won?t order delivery, and after the... few times I have ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns I NEVER will again. On the occasions I have ordered delivery, I have hadto go and pick it up every single time after waiting 2 hours for an order that never arrives. !!!Jimmy Johns, if I could offer apiece of advice it would be to not allow your locations to accept delivery orders if they do not have the staff todeliver/fulfill the orders!!! I have paid delivery fees & tips that have never been refunded. I even asked the employees for arefund and they said no. I have called the restaurant when an order hasn?t shown up and no one answers the phone. I havesubmitted multiple complaints through your feedback service and the customer service at this location is still horrendous. Read more
