I ordered 2 different pizzas. A stuff crust which came out great and then a deep dish. The deep dish was not throughly baked.... The pizza was completely uncooked dough with toppings. I tried to call the store to let them know, that our pizza was not ediblebut after 4 tries and only getting the answering machine I gave up. Read more
Staff was super friendly and working in a store with NO AC!!! We asked one of the employees what the temp was in the store?99... DEGREES!!! These poor workers already notified management, but NOTHING was done. I was sweating just waiting in the store for myorder. I can?t imagine working an entire shift. This is honestly my last choice among the many Little Caesar locations in Morgantown. Most of the employees don't care if they... make a quality pizza. I've gotten Italian cheese bread that had only a few pieces with cheese on it, most of the pizzas we'vegotten from them appear to have been prepared with the employees eyes closed. My last visit I watched an employee sit in a carright in front of the store during their shift, with their uniform on, while smoking weed. On many occasions at least one of theemployees seemed to be under the influence of other illicit substances. We have encountered a few employees who appeared toactually care about the job. We do still buy pizza from the location due to convenience, but I much prefer the suncrest towncenter location, their pies often look like an advertisement and most employees seem more pleasant. Breadsticks we just picked up were hard as a rock and inedible in one bag. The second bag was smashed together with hardly any... seasoning on them. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza. This is my favorite fast food and it has become disappointing. Read more
I've gotten pizza here many times and every single time it has been terrible. The employees do not care. The Pizza is... undercooked every single time. It has never tasted good from this specific little Ceasars. Do yourself a favor and go to pizzaal's literally right next door. Read more
