The place was very busy as it was a WVU football game day, but the staff was very friendly and upbeat. The food was very good.... We had the Thursday special which was a burger, fries, and a beer for one price. It was filling and a great deal. It was my 1stvisit and it will be on my list of top places to eat out in the future. I?m usually not one to leave bad reviews, but my friends and I had a horrible experience at this Mario?s location last night.... The service was terrible and we told our waitress that we were ready to order food, and she said she would be right back buttook almost 20 min to come back and take our food order. My friends and I all got margaritas, and they were downright awful.They were so sour, it tasted like you drinking a super sour candy and we couldn?t even finish them. Our food took awhile to comeout, and when it did, my patty melt was completely burnt and was black all over the patty and the bread. Not sure how a cookthought this was ok to serve, but it was disgusting. My friend?s Philly cheesesteak sandwich was also burnt. We waited almost 20min for our waitress to come check on us for us to tell her about our food and see if maybe we could get it remade, but shenever came back and because we were so hungry, we ended up just eating it. One of my favorite lunch spots in Morgantown. We ate here all the time when I lived in town. Now my daughter and I eat here... after appointments. Staff is friendly and there's always cold beer. Read more
Wings were super crispy. And I loved the ice cold beer in the fish bowls. The chips could've been a little more flavorful and... the "homemade" macaroni and cheese was really Kraft or Velveeta. Read more
Food was great, had great daily deals, and the beers were enormous and cold. Would highly recommend going this place.
