Went inside to order and stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes not one person asked if I had been waited on or if they... could help me. Finally after what seemed like forever I had to yell excuse me but is anyone working the front counter?? Thenthey sent someone to take my order. By this time I was already getting irritated and then of course my food was wrong so I hadto once again ask for someone to fix it. If they would listen they might get it correct the first time. It happens almost everytime we eat here they never get our order correct. It's not that hard to remember yellow folded egg not the white egg on myMcMuffin!! I would rate them less if possible. The other day the floor was very dirty, trash on the floor, ketchup packets everywhere, and... most of the tables needed to be cleaned. The soda bar had so many stains from not being cleaned. Now today I come here, whilegetting my car serviced at NTB and they are only accepting orders at the Kiosk. This is nothing more than a ploy to not hireand give give paying customers trashy service. I'll be avoiding this McDonald's in the future. Read more
Terrible service. There was only one guy working drive-thru and inside orders. I'm not blaming him, but if there are not... enough people to staff the inside of their restaurant, then either drive through or the inside of the restaurant should beclosed. Read more
Went into the McDonald's no one was in there the manager stepped out and said the dining room is closed the door should have... been locked it's me and only one other person there was cars about 12 cars online that drives thru !!! Really!! Joe Biden's build back better?! Read more
This establishment never gets my food right and there's always something wrong with the food I do get or they don't have any of... the food on the screen that is offered even new items. The last time I was there I had meals and drinks. The drinks were alllarge and put in a cup carrier which when handed to me the carrier was not sturdy enough and was spilled all over me, wasntoffered any napkins; nothing and this all was into my truck and I got no apologies from the worker. All I was asked was did Ineed another drink or something. Very rudely I might add. Not to mention the meals I got were not even right. And their icecream machine is always down. I've realized there is no sense in even asking them anymore and not to expect my order to becorrect. If ya want a coffee or something you might be alright to go there. But at this point I've just expected the worst andthat is my experience every time I go there. Everyone is so rude it does not do any good to complain because not even themanagers give any care in the world. Very disappointing place to get a quick bite to eat! Especially of you have more than oneorder. I've encountered hair and other foreign things in mine and my children's meals more than once before. This McDonald?s is closest to me on lunch break and I mobile order. Always waiting 20 mins or more for an order placed way... before. Staff seem rude and just throw the food to you with no apology or greet. Not to mention the chicken nuggets are alwaysunappealing to the eye as if someone would want to eat them. Read more
Got a simple order vanilla cone a large coke and I used my rewards points to get a free large caramel iced coffee and I took a... drink and it was so extremely sweet that there was no way I could drink it so I told the guy at the window and he got anattitude and now I just got an iced coffee which is fine but still no need to have an attitude or be frustrated.
