I am from out of town. Papa johns is always a good go to for me as I am a big fan BUT this papa johns was absolutely terrible.... After a long drive, I was ready to eat. It took an hour and a half for them to deliver and when my food arrived, it was cold!!First and last time that I will EVER order from this papa johns. Placed an order at 5:30pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. It is currently 8:30pm, and I have yet to receive my order or a text... message/email that it?s on the way. I have tried to call the store but haven?t had any success speaking to anyone, as I havebeen on hold for 15 minutes. The food quality would have been good if they would have made my order correctly . I asked for specific items to be left off my... pizza, and when I received it, it appeared as if they had put extra . It tastes like Papa John's but with absolutely zero parking. Just order delivery, not worth trying to pick up.
Got pizza it was cold first off. Then I seen the peppers that I ask for & paid for were not there. Pizza wasn't even that... good. I called and told them the manager was very sorry and polite and offered a new free pizza when and if return .. Justbecause u won't see the people who are eating the food you send out the door, so it's not mattering and yall are just notputting much effort into a tasty pizza. It seeming like this more often.
