Standard pilot but on the worser side. Small lot to fit about 30-40 trucks. The store itself was pretty clean and organized... minus the lack of food from the deli options. Other option is a Cinnabon but that?s mainly a dessert option but truckers dogotta eat. It?s better then starving. Bathrooms definitely need way more thorough cleaning. Stalls were filthy and one was outof order. The sinks were stained with paper towels on them because some people don?t know how to properly throw them out. Staffwas friendly enough no complaints there. Had to take a 34 here but have food in my truck so I barely had to go in for anythingbut when I did This is what I came across. No info on showers. Today driving South on I-79 stopped at Pilot Travel Center for a break and hygiene stop. My daughter grabbed herself a snack... while I checked out the store and worked on my steps. When your driving, you have to get your steps when and where you can Thetravel center has food lots of it, snacks, drinks, candy and even a hot bar with pizza and such. There is a laundry facility,showers and arcade room. Don't forget your souvenirs!!! Put couldn't find a postcard at all!!! Read more
Let me start by saying this is one of the best Pilots in the country because the facility is nice and the staff are constantly... working and helpful. BUT this has the absolute worst entrance/exit/fueling design in history. I witnessed a 25 minute gridlockbecause trucks were lined up from the highway to the entrance and couldn?t get in while the trucks in the lot done fuelingcouldn?t get out. It was pure insanity and crying on the CB. They don?t have reserved parking which is a plus in my book so I?llbump em up a star. Read more
So owner operator OTR Truck driver Since 2003. This Pilot was very clean but. Not alot of Parking, Fuel is High, Very under... staffed, completely out of coffee, and no one in the back serving food. I drive 600 to 720 miles a day. Food and Coffee is veryimportant. Read more
This is a bit of a smaller location. Not a ton of truck parking. Automotive fuel side only has a handful of pumps and is kind of... tight if you're in an RV or pulling a trailer. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Well stocked store. Read more
