Ordered contactless curbside pickup. Arrived at the restaurant at the time I was supposed to and spent 15 minutes calling with... no one answering. Finally a man came out of the restaurant parked beside me and let me know he was having no luck calling themas well and that I'd just have to go inside for my no contact pizza. Was told inside by someone with no mask on that she justneeded to cut it. After receiving my food 20 minutes late thinking it would at least still be hot since they had just cut it, Iwas disappointed to find out that it was just warm as it was apparently done but no one had decided to cut it until I walked infor my contactless curbside pickup. Had a problem with my order. Spoke with JEN Twice. She put me on hold for at least 25 minutes both times and the phone just... went dead. I decided to try a 3rd time I got put through customer service. Told Them the situation, They said they would put methrough to Patterson drive Pizza Hut after about 3 minutes the phone just hung up on me. Poor customer service at Pattersondrive Pizza Hut. And besides that the food just had a funky smell to it couldn't even enjoy had to throw it away. The food wascinnamon sticks and stuffed crust pizza. Read more
Food's great. Had a 50% off coupon from corporate sent to my email but I was told they don't honor those and also all coupons... must be paper coupons ????. I still took the items because my family was waiting and the bous were hungry. Read more
Changing this from a 5 Star to a 1 Star. The woman that working was incredibly rude and refused to answer the simple question of... "how long would a pizza take for carry out?", after sitting down for 10 minutes i looked up at the woman and she said "wait oneminute, you need to wait" while she was helping people who had just walked into the store. Do you like waiting? Do you like standing around awkwardly while there are no other customers, while the staff stares at you and... wonders why youre there? Do you like to ask for help to pick up a pizza only for the staff to tell you that they are busyfolding boxes, and that there ?is probably someone else in the back that can help you? then continues to ignore you whilefolding boxes, and watching you wait? Then this is the place for you! The pizza is okay. I always have to wait for 7+ minutesevery time I pick a pizza up, and there is never even a line, people just avoid doing the registry by all means, and all justlook at each other waiting for someone else at work to do it. The two of us arrived a little before noon ordering two lunch specials and wings. The staff were friendly, but didn't provide... much service. Perhaps, they were busy relative to the staffing level. The server forgot to put the wings order in, butapologized and offered to make it right. We declined, as we were done eating and were wanting to leave. The personal pan pizzaswere okay. The salads were not fresh - wilted and some of the greens had turned black on the edges. We were seated along themain aisle, so the delivery drivers were walking past our table quite frequently. Saw the deal and thought we'd give them another try. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sauces and sodas; but only one of the sauces made it... into our order. No big deal. But the pizzas were both extremely under cooked. Tried to call to let the manager know their pizzasweren't fully cooking, but was told by staff the manager was too busy and to call back. I asked how long and she replied "maybe30 minutes." I get that things happen, but I think I'd rather spend $30 on frozen pizzas. Read more
I ordered a large supreme to be delivered! It was cold. The toppings were scarce. The bread was doughy. I am extremally... disappointed and probably will never order from pizza hut again. I'm out $37.00 including a $10 tip. Staying at the residenceinn and decided to order from pizza hut since they are close. The order took over and hour. Pizza was out for delivery 47minutes. Driver texted to ask where I was? I replied, "standing in lobby"! I walked out side. A person standing next to a carasked if I ordered pizza? Yes! I said. The "driver" asked, did you order one or two pizzas? One I replied! (would if I saidtwo?) The driver opened passenger door and a little dog was standing on the pizza boxes in front seat.
