Absolutely the worst! Called in an order for our Uncle who is there for an appointment, at 5:15. Lady says 30 minutes. An hour... and a half later, cold food and they forgot his drinks. Called twice on hold for 20 minutes for a manager for a refund or a hotdelivery with drinks, dude hung up on me twice! Finally my husband had to get involved, refund issued. Would be a negative 10 but no option for that. Walked in on July 7th 2022 at 650pm. Waited for a few seconds and was... approached by a rude lady carrying to go containers and with a rude and snarly voice said we are no longer taking in dine intable. Now keep in mind there were other customers there eating in and sign says dine in was open till 9pm. WTH pizza hut. Nowonder why you have no business, with employees like this and not taking customers in. Just baffles me on how your doors arenot closed permanently.. Read more
The staff was very friendly and very appreciative of my business. My order was prepared and ready at my requested pick-up time.... When I arrived home the food was still hot and it was prepared exactly to my special requests and it tasted great. I highlyrecommend this Pizza Hut location on Brockway Ave in Morgantown WV. I ordered one large pizza, half & half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very... disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to callabout it, they wouldn?t answer.
