My husband, grandson and myself had the most fabulous meal Friday night. The cobb salad with homemade bluecheese was to die for... along with the scallops, and two of their Italian dishes.You will see us very soon even if we have to drive a hour and half.Thank you for the great service. Read more

Had Sunday brunch at Sargasso. I had the traditional American breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast. It is a little... expensive at $12 but the portion was large and very good. Service was excellent. The atmosphere and no crowd was also nice. Will take pictures next time. Read more
Definitely has gone downhill as time has gone by. Lack luster food with terrible service. The presentation of food is great but... the taste of things or quality have been disappointing. They do have some occasional amazing different dishes but mostly justover priced. Read more
Visiting from out of state and a friend recommended Sargasso. The first look at the menu and I was ready to leave due to lack... of choices. The choices offered looked good so decided to stay. Glad we did. Ordered the special of the night-linguini withpesto sauce. Husband had the chicken. We both said first bite was amazing! Full of flavor. Meals prepared by one chef. Friendsays he goes there because of the chef. We now know why. Prices are a little high but wow, what a great place for date night oranything special. What a treat. Read more

Came in from Texas. The meal started out great! The salads were fresh and well presented. The service was extremely slow. We... tried to nurse our wine in order to drink it with our meal, but it took about 45 minutes to get the entrees. The filet was overcooked and salty. The risotto had set up and the oil had separated. The special, a sea bass in tomato curry was just ok. Thewaiter was attentive, the deserts were so so. It was a $400 meal for 4 people.
