They were not prepared for anything and don't have alot of the things that are needed.
Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time was 5 minutes past my pick up time food was not ready. Was told they were out of some items and... then guy went in back to not only bring the items out. Guess he didn't want to walk back there to get them. Needless to say fromplacing order to walking g out with order was over an hour. I will not go to this subway again I will go to the ine in Westoverbefore I drop a dime of my hard earned money here again. Read more
On August 16 2022 my daughter 9 years old wanted a sub we waited in line for at least 6 min 4 ladies that was sitting in the... corner that worked for Walmart said you have to scream for them to come out well this lady came out had her cell phone in herhand talking walked over laid it on the cutting boards and was going to put gloves on and make my daughters sub ????I simplysaid wash your hands before putting gloves on you have thousands of germs on your cell phone well she got super mad and shetried to kick me out of her store because I wasn?t going to put up with a manager who has no respect for a customer I worked infood management for over 25 yrs common courtesy customers first she simply said don?t come back I said no worries I startedtaking to the 4 ladies who worked for Walmart and they said they have to keep quiet they can?t say anything well the managerheard us chatting and try to make me leave her store once again we?ll she was getting a few ppl in the door she was continuingyell at me just leave well I said when you wash your dam hands and wait on my oldest daughter and my granddaughter I will the 4ladies said it?s about time someone stood up to her no wonder there is lack of customer service in this world and who would everwant to work for her I know ppl that inspects subways and let me tell I did some calling but I also worked for mark who runs theWalmart there for 8 hrs and he knows I would never just pick a fight I contacted the owner this manager of this store is runningoff customers and that is going to ruin someone?s business ? this place doesn?t even deserve 1 star Read more

Yesterday I placed an order through the website. For pickup at 6:15pm. I got there around 6:10 waited 30 mins. And never got my... order. That's my entire lunch break I wasted. So this morning after asking for a refund. I talked to a manager of some sorts.Who convinced me to give them another shot to make it right, today. And the same outcome happened. After going to Subway today it?s safe to say I will not return. My sister and I went in today were rudely ignored while a woman... employee was refilling the entire case of bread. A man saw us waiting and came to help us. He took my order and then the womancame to take my sisters order. My sister ordered and the employee rudely responded saying we?re out of that with no suggestionfor anything else. The man was going to put my sub in the toaster and she yelled at him to wait for my sisters sub as well. Hethen put them both in the toaster and hit the wrong button and she yelled at him for that too. The man needed help getting a bagto put our food in and she yelled at him once again. He was simply asking for help. We go to get our drinks and the man turns toher and begins asking her a question and she replies very loudly ?can I have one minute to check my messages Jesus Christ? soloud that everyone in the store could hear. Not to mention there ice machine was down and there was a bucket of ice sitting onthe counter with a scoop for the ice sitting in the entire bucket. I would have had to touch several pieces of ice to get itout. Absolutely Disgusting!!! Not to mention we are in a world wide pandemic. After complaining on subways website CandaiseWhetstone reached out asking to call her. She had no sympathy for the poor man that was treated this way by one of HERemployees. Did not care about the germ infested ice container left out and was more worried about the bread going stale. Sureglad I do not work for subway. I would hate to be involved with a company that lets there employees bully one another and yell?Jesus Christ? in the store, not to mention be extremely rude to customers as well. There needs to be signs outside to show people where to pull in/out. It is frustrating trying to get into a parking lot and park... when no one else does it correctly. Read more
