I get their Stromboli regularly though uber eats and it is consistently quite good. Today however, my order today order never... showed up, so naturally I called the store to see where the issue occured. The gentleman who took my call was spectacularlyunhelpful. They got new owners a while ago and the quality of the pizza went wayyyyyyy down and now they just stopped delivering to areas... they always delivered to. If you could give 0 stars I would. Read more
first time trying (ordered delivery online) and it was SO good! I get my pizza a bit weird (with no sauce), and they called to... confirm I meant to select that, and were so friendly assuring me though they personally had never had someone order it there,they could do it and they did ???? can?t recommend them enough! cheese sticks were 10/10 as well, everything arrived hot! The only reason I?m giving them a two is purely bc their pizza. Great pizza in my opinion; however, poor customer service and... extremely long wait time. $40.00 on two pizzas... and a 2 hour wait!!! No coupons nothing about customer service other than... 'Sorry bout your luck... pal, you'll get your pizza when we give it to ya!' This company for 15 years has been a problem in this town. They consistently deliver late - to the point of 11/2 - 2 hours... late. Yet no other pizza shop in Morgantown has this issue. So clearly it has to do with the management of this shop. Istopped ordering from them around 2008 for nearly five years. Then they got new management and things improved. In the lastyear the nonsense has started again with 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait times. It is ridiculous and the owner and management of this shopshould be ashamed. I hope that they are held accountable for the decisions that they are making and creating poor service. Itis a shame because the quality of the food is not an issue. Read more
The pizza is just good.. YUM! Order online and save even more using Coupon. Use store pick up or have them come deliver to you... either works fine. Read more
