I used the mobile app for the drive-thru. It worked easily. After I pulled away the young man who served me came running out and... caught me in the parking lot, telling me to look in my bag because he thought that they may have omitted an item. They did, sohe went back inside, refilled the order and carried it back to my car. Now that's service! Anyone can make a mistake, but whathe did was very admirable. By the way, the food was hot and tasted good. Read more

First of all there are no exterior lights on so it?s very easy to miss this location at 9pm at night. Customer service is a... total joke! The minute I pulled up to the intercom I was asked rather rude if I was paying with cash or card, my order wastaken and then I was left with a ?pull up? as the final statement. When I pulled up, the two employees at the window, hadvisible HICKIES on there necks ???? which is gross! Absolutely, no customer service skills at all! I was never told the amount, nor given a receipt. Guess I?ll be using the next BK that?s 10 mins away. I?m literally disgusted!! Read more

I would give a zero if I could. Just as of now today. I went to this Burger King and ordered 4 croisan?wiches; 2 ham and 2... bacon. I drove about 20 minutes to a nice duck pond to eat but when I open the bag I have what you see in the photo. I had 4sandwiches without egg and cheese. Just meat. One was a sausage which I did not even order. So I call them up and they admitthat whoever was cashier rung it up as just meat. I also never got a receipt although I always ask for and take a receipt forexactly these situations. They did not ask me if I wanted just meat and I never would have agreed to this. I specified the meatoptions I wanted; not take everything else off. Mind you this phone call conversation ended at 11:06am and the person on thephone says they can?t fix it because it?s passed 11 am. 6 minutes makes that difference when it was their mistake? They do notcare about good service or even getting the order right. $17 for literally nothing. It?s worth it to drive 20 minutes away tothe next Burger King. This one has given too many problems. Not worth going here again. Read more

Good smooth transaction. Flame broiled taste better. Place is nice and clean too. These policies of having to ask for a straw... is just dump. What next? Having to ask for a cup to put the drink in? BUT that's not Burger Kings fault so, 5 stars all the wayfor them! Read more

I jokingly said to my husband, ?it?s lunchtime on a Saturday and no one is here except employees. This cannot be good.? Man, I... had no idea how true that statement would be. The onion rings never make it to the bag and the fries that replaced them werecold, flavorless and disgusting. The burgers taste like cardboard. I didn?t even know that it was possible for a Burger Kingsandwich to taste bad. The mozzarella sticks taste like they contain glue. The only saving grace was that the drive-thru personwas nice. Good lord, do yourself a favor and drive the few miles to the one in East Brunswick unless you want to feel likeyou?re going to throw up all day. Read more

There?s a reason why there?s a sign in the vestibule says to pardon their employees/crew members. The sign has been sitting in... different spots of the entrance since the days of the grand opening and, clearly, that is a wise disclaimer. At this location,it is noteworthy that, with the exception of the Drive-Thru during evening rush and during lent (particularly if you?re goingthere for the BK Big Fish Sandwich,) the crew members treat the restaurant as it is ? a property to the side of U.S. Highway 9that is facing the wrong direction for the rush hours. By that, I mean they are already treating it like a lost cause. The placeappears to be clean, but now it seems like a hideout for suspicious people (like one foreign gentleman that sounded like he wasyelling at his henchman to disarm an alarm while he spies on him through the cameras using his laptop and BK?s free Wi-Fi.) Thefood, more importantly, is OK at best? but at this location in particular, the burgers, chicken and condiments (particularly themayonnaise when used on the chicken sandwiches,) taste very manufactured and chemical-like. It tastes almost anything butflame-grilled. I will say, though, that this BK keeps their fish sandwich on-par with every other fast food joint, sometimesbetter than the other local choices, DURING lent (and while I, personally, do not participate in lent nor go by their beliefs, Ifind it the perfect opportunity to indulge on the sea-caught deliciousness during this time in particular.)
