UPDATE from my initial 5 star review 9 months ago... As someone else mentioned, quality has dropped substantially. On 3... occasions, the piece of chicken in the fried chicken sandwich was RAW. Called and mentioned to the Manager, only to drive up andget a replacement which was also RAW. How does this place pass inspections? Also saw one of the employees taking a baby car seatinto the kitchen, with the baby inside it. This HAS to be a violation. You should not have babies in the kitchen - this is alife hazard, it's common sense. The people and food is 10/10 but quality has diminished rapidly and is just unacceptable for theprice hike. Old review: Love this new chicken joint that opened up. So far, so good. Very clean, nice staff. Reasonable waitingtime and locally situated. I'm a fried chicken sandwich fanatic and that's really the only item I grab from here. 10/10! Read more
With the new management team I guess decent food service went out with new regime. To save profit days old chicken us present... med as new. And the cross contamination of fish and chicken used in the sane or is disgusting and dangerous. Beware of eatinghere if you have seafood allergies or any self worth. Read more

I used to enjoy my sandwiches at Popeyes. It used to be a perfect take out date meal with the wifey. Maybe management changed,... see totally new staff now. Wifey Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the sandwich was cold and chicken undercooked. She alsoasked for jalapeño poppers and they literally gave her ?raw? jalapeños, I kid you not. She had to argue with them that thereis a dish called jalapeño poppers. How do you work there or live in America and not know jalapeño poppers. SMH. Tried Popeyes for the first time because they were offering 3 Tenders for free. Pick up my order. Check bag food is there. Get... home see the email receipt and they charged me for the Tenders. I also noticed I paid for the more expensive StrawberryCheesecake Pie, but received 2 cheaper Cinnamon Apple Pies instead of refunding for something they possibly ran out of.Contacted them and never heard back so this is the first and last time eating at a Popeyes. If I can put 0 stars I would!!! DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want your stomach pumped at a hospital and you can?t... use the bathroom for several days!! I don?t know what goes on behind that kitchen or what is in that kitchen but please be awarethat you might be putting yourself and possibly your family at risk eating at this specific spot! I used to work at this spot,the food was changed every 20-30 mins. The food is often served cold or like if it has maggots beneath the meat ! Disgusting !!Every single staff in there needs to be retrained ESPECIALLY the manager and whoever is touching the food raw with their BAREhands !!! I was once an employee here , trust and believe they will drop a piece of meat and pick it up with their bare dirtyhands after using the bathroom and throw it right back into the deep fryer !! Please please please listen to this message, maybeI can save someone or even YOU!! They either need new employees, or to change out the food every 20-30 mins to prevent anybacteria?s in the food.
