My husband and I went there yesterday and got a few greek gyros. The first one was great! Then I opened the second one and I... went to go take a bite and what do I see? A DEAD FLY! It was gross, it freaked me out. I have never had something like thathappen to me. So anyways, I tried calling the manager, I left a message for him and he never called me back. Real professional.I didn?t want anything, I didn?t want a free gyro. I would?ve said no if he offered. I would?ve been scared of more dead flies.Or worse. I just wanted to tell him to like? tell the employees to just kinda watch out for flies or other little things whenpreparing food. I KNOW sometimes flies come into buildings. Most, if not All of The Staff were Very Cordial and seemed Genuinely Eager to help my wife and I. The Store and The Bathroom... was kept clean. The Food was Very Delicious and Affordable. And The Seating in The Restaurant was Very Spacious. Also, TheCondiment Area was kept Clean and Well Stocked. Thank y?all Read more
The staff member at the register was pleasant and friendly. Other than that, it was not good. The restaurant was fairly dirty... and the sandwich (a variation on a French dip) was borderline disgusting. I hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while, so maybeit's a chain-wide thing, but the quality of the meat was horrible. It looked like those cheap Carl Budding meats, but somehoweven worse. The hours on here and on the door are wrong. As you can see the lobby should be open. Unfortunately for my experience the work... truck I drive is to big for the drive thru making my only option the lobby. There is no sign at any door saying closed just alocked door when clearly the store hours say they are open. I understand the understaffed issue just put up a note, change yourlobby hours do something! Since it will not allow me to reply I have to edit my review. The web site you shared is also nohelp. Tara's crew at night went to the moon and brought it back to earth wrapped with love and 5 atar world class customer service.... You thought you've tried the spiciest in the block until your mouth is blessed from the heat of the New Diablo Dare. This should be another walk in the park for my seasoned Chile lovers. Try it if you think you can handle it. Excellentt consistency on theshakes plus those mozzarella sticks go great with a Mellow Yellow. I'm a big fan of the get two for 6 bucks(or 7?
