Best Sunday burrito from Blake's. Grandma and the children went for a breakfast run and I'm sure glad they brought me my own... green and red salsa. Christmas all year long, and best of all, the crispy bacon, and the one of a kind i dare you to try roastedgreen Chilli you will come back for more kinda salsa ???? Thank you for your extra napkins and for being just seconds away fromthe freeway exit. It takes an hour to get a few breakfast burritos, if you don?t mind waiting for hours and hours for your food anytime of the day... then this restaurant is for you, and to top it off they don?t make the food like they do in Albuquerque it?s gross here. Mt niece recommended Lotaburger and I'm glad we went! The fries are wonderful crispy and the onion rings have a FABULOUS batter.... We had to wait a bit but it was completely worth it for such fresh fries/rings. I had the chicken ranch sandwich with pickledonions which was VERY good with a wonderfully crispy breaded chicken breast. Good bun too. My daughter had the "New Mexico"style Lota Burger and enjoyed it (but still prefers the full slice of onion at In 'n Out). She also liked the hatch green chilisbut will get them on the side next time. I ate her extra chilis with my sandwich and it was ????. We also got a vanillamilkshake to go and she liked it MUCH better than In 'n Out. It tastes like thick straight vanilla ice cream instead of a shakewith too much flavoring added. I was a little worried coming here after seeing all the comments especially with customer part but decided to take the risk glad... I did I had the lota New Mexico Burger with green chili and man it was good. Big and tasty and the seasoned fries were extremelygood probably the best I've ever had. It isn't everyday we get to enjoy a Blake's green chili burger or breakfast burrito, with that said it is with pleasure we post... a delightful review in regards to how delicious our food was. A breakfast burrito from here never fails to satisfy the tastebuds and the growling stomach crying out for something to fill it up. If need be, grab a burrito from here for breakfast or aburger for lunch. While waiting for our order, observing the surfaces of tables and bars that stretch out throughout theestablishment, it was noticed that fingerprints and grease perhaps were stamped throughout the place. Some cleaning up is allthat is needed, but don't let it hinder your decision to grab a delicious bite to eat. Prepped food is visible, friendly staffgreet you, and portions are more than enough. It's unfortunate Blake's is the only decent breakfast in town for vegetarians, as you can always expect to wait from an hour to... an hour and a 1/2 to order and get your food. So you know what to expect: You walk up to the counter, if there isn't aninsanely long line, to be ignored for 15 minutes while the 3 employees working hustle to cook with 50 tickets in front of them.No one is kind. You're lucky if they even say "hi." You're always told by staff how you'll have to wait forever for you food asa way to discourage you from ordering, and if you make an order online, you'll still wait 45-60 mins for your food after youplace your order. When you try to call store, the AI whatever-the-heck, Maggie, never understands you, and you never talk to aperson. There is no resolution for their inability to help you here in a timely manner. I've never even heard a "I'm sorry forthe wait," from anyone here. Today, people are walking out and cursing in droves. What about offering a credit to keep yourcustomers or prepping better the day before? I get it no one wants to work here, but no one will want to order here again aftertheir horrific experience.
