If you're wanting pizza that tastes like your kids made it then feel free to order here but if you want actual Pizza Hut pizza,... don't bother. They just don't make it properly. Happened to us last year and yes we called and told them. Decided to give itanother shot and same thing. Very bland and almost dry tasting. Not worth my money. Ordered a Classic/Original Pan Pizza. I did not get a pan pizza. I talked with the clerk about the Pan Pizza crust to ensure I... got exactly what I ordered. He didn't seem very sure what I wanted, only that it was cooked in a pan. I told him it's aspecial famous crust only Pizza Hut has, they usually charge extra for it. -They even have a poster on it I saw later andpointed out out- I think this is poor training/management. He was working solo and he was extremely busy. He was great, foodwas tasty and quick even though he was busy. But definitely NOT Pan Pizza. Step it up Pizza Hut! Have usually good luck ordering pizza here, but not sure what is happening lately. Ordered a large and the $5 medium Hawaiian... cause well you know, it's a deal. Both pizzas tasted like leftovers from the night before and just lukewarm. They were pickedup on time so there is no excuse for them being like that. Tried to call but the line was always busy. I have ordered from Pizza Hut several times as is evident by my online ordering profile. Tonight my wife and I ordered and my... pizza came not fully cooked. I called the restaurant and informed them. When I did so, the person who answered told me it wasnot possible because my wife's pizza was cooked fine and they came out at the same time. I explained that it was possible andhappened. I was told I was lying but if I wanted a pizza to replace it, I had to go get it when I had the first order delivered.When I said that wasn't fair I was again accused of lying. I'm done. I'm so mad that after never having given a complaint, whensomething did happen, I was called a liar. It wasn't until after I explained that I intended to make a post to social media withpictures, that they offered to deliver another. I said forget it and opted to make a post. Pizza is good. I like a place you can get the same quality day after day. Some other place overload their pizzas and don't have... a good balance of topping to cheese to dough. Staff has always been friendly and polite. Would be nice to have a dine in, but Iunderstand Morinville is a small town with limited buildings to choose from. Only negative is that I eat too much.
