This Tim Hortons is horrible, if you've been here you know this already. When I was pregnant and nauseous all I wanted to eat... was a bagel and we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to be told that they weren't serving any bagels, countless timesthey haven't had an item in stock, and even more times than that you will order something and it will be wrong or missing aningredient, just go to McDonalds.. Food quality has been going downhill for years and this location is so slow, always out of things and/or forgetting them. Go to... McDonald's down the road and save the trouble Read more

It's Tim Hortons, nothing different in this place in comparison to other Tims when rating the food. A great place for the youth... in Morinville to get a job. That is one thing we need to remember, these are children learning to be a part of working society.I witnessed a first world complaint where a privileged person complained about having to wait due to a trainee. They were angrythat they had to wait. What's wrong with people, let's have a bit of compassion and patience. Give a smile to these kids, givethem some encouragement. Read more

Worst service I've ever had at a tim Hortons! I stood in line for 10 minutes at least and finally someone asked if they could... help me. I placed my order then found myself standing there for another 10 minutes waiting for my food and a drink. I wonder ifit would take less time for them to make my order if they weren't all giggling and putting orders aside crack jokes with theircoworkers. I didn't receive an apology for having to wait so long to get helped out. This Tim Hortons is by far the worst oneI've ever been too and I do not plan on going back unless management gets sent back to training. Oh and little side note for theone female worker there, maybe keep your fat role in your shirt instead of just letting it hang like a skin tag. Read more

Most of us locals, are custom to the long wait in line up to order & long wait in line to get your order. Tonight I waited and... watched while staff talked, laughed, joked with each other, sweep floors, but not serve the coffee "already made sitting atwindow" for me waiting at the window watching the staff do this. REALLY????? Read more

By FAR the slowest/worst service in the province for Tim Hortons. If I had to guess, they are employing many (if not all)... special needs staff. Which is very nice of them, but it also means that it takes 15-20 mins per order. Over 4 times I have goneinside here, only to wait over 20 mins to even be helped - with one person in front of me. Why do I keep going in, vs using thedrive-thru which is always faster? Because the drive-thru itself is in a state of epic disrepair; my car bottoms out in 3 placeson huge potholes, which have been there for years. Why do I keep coming back, knowing how bad the service is, rivalled only bythe worst coffee in the industry? I guess it?s a form of self-punishment for transgressions I?ve made in my life. Highly suggestyou avoid this location at all costs unless you too enjoy frustration and/or supporting the mentally handicapped community. Read more

Use to be the best Tim Hortons. The staff we're always super nice and almost never had mistakes in the order. The last 2 months... their service went down hill. Almost every order there is a mistake. And the customer service went down too. Takes 20-30 minutesto get though the drivethru and good luck getting service if you go inside. Read more
