Nice for the Dunkin? Donuts , can be busy so order ahead via the app (beware that they cannot refund you at the location for all... mobile orders over $20 you gotta call corporate which is a hassle). I deducted 2 stars because the do not follow their hours atall. They open late and close early all the time, so i don?t know why they just won?t change their hours online accordingly. Read more
I went to Baskin Robins on 5/24/22 the employee walked in right behind me, she proceeds to hand a customer sitting down a piece... of paper. She goes behind the counter gives the other employee a piece of paper, they have a short conversation. She then askedwho is next, I place my order for a milkshake. After she checks me out, she goes to the ice cream side. She DOES NOT WASH HERHANDS. I asked if she was going to wash her hands, she tells me she sanitized them in her car before came in. Then argues withme about washing her hands, she tells me she is not touching the ice cream. She washes her hands with a brief rinse under somewater, then said see I washed. We have a exchange of words, before I asked for a refund. I reported this to the corporate officeand received a phone call from the owner I assume, which she didn't seem to take serious. I have been to this store severaltimes with out any problems. With the world we live in now, with COVID and some many other infectious diseases, SANITATION isNEEDED!!!! Read more

Supposedly they close at 9pm but the lady was locking the door at 8:30pm???? When my husband and I walked in one of the... employees rolled their eyes and sighed heavily as if our presence disturbed her. If you do not want to work in the foodindustry, look for a different line of work. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Will never come here again. Read more
Please be careful at this location. The employee was nice but management was bad. After my order was completely rung up... management comes over and charges me an additional $2 for regular flavoring in my coffee drink. I visit plenty of BR/DunkinDonut locations and they have never charged for regular flavoring none the less $2 for it. Starbucks don't even charge thatmuch. When I questioned management about it she said that is what they do here and when I looked at the receipt it was somebogus code that did not even say flavoring or syrup. Please go to another location if you can. This one is not ethical andafter paying almost $15 for 2 small drinks they were not even tasty. Do better!!!! Read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went in this evening 10/6/22 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone. My cone was stale. I... went back in to ask for another cone and was told ?they are all the same and they only make fresh cones every 5 days.? I was notgiven another cone or offered a refund. So I just asked for a bowl and threw the cone away?Not to mention the second time I wentback in a younger male worker was moping the floor. He goes behind the counter to help me but didn?t wash his hands. I hand toASK him to wash his hands. THEN instead he just gets some gloves?This is not my first negative experience and I?m realizing it?snot going to get any better. Go anywhere else bc this hole in the wall is not worth it AT ALL!
