Food is generally good but....it's not a fast food place at this point. It has become so slow. Even with two or three cars in... line it is slow. Consistently slow. Doesn't matter the time of day. 15 minutes has become the average wait time (that's withonly 2 or 3 cars in line). Even going inside does not speed things up. Read more
No high chairs, no changing table in the bathroom, the chicken nuggets we ordered were cold and hard. They had no trays to place... our food on, the bathroom door didn't latch and someone opened the door on me honestly just don't bother stopping here. Read more
I hated working here. Managers are rude and toxic, there's only one decent one, maybe three, and that's only because I barely... interacted with two of the managers here. I'm not saying McDonalds in general is a bad place too work, I'm saying this McDonaldsis a bad place to work. If you like working at this McDonalds that's fine, but honestly it's a miracle that I'm still sane fromworking here. It's not the work either, I love working in fast food. I hated working here. My visit today was horrid. There were customers waiting around the front counter so I opted for the (very sticky) order kiosk.... It was out of receipt paper & the table number placards were empty. So, I had no idea my order number (nor anything about mytransaction). I soon copied my fellow diner's strategy of charging the front whenever an employee would sling a bag onto thecounter. To my amazement, the process did not devolve into anarchy. Whomever was first to pounce upon a dropped bag would do aquick inventory and announce the contents to the waiting hoard. A quick tally was taken, and the triumphant winner wasapplauded. It truly brought tears to our eyes. In due course, I won the "slung bag" challenge and headed to an equally stickytable to enjoy my spoils. Unfortunately, I had to face the perpetually empty front counter to ask for my drink cup. After mereminutes of being ignored, I obtained a cup. Riding the "High" from overcoming both ends of the counter, I headed to the drinkcenter. I know that I have seen sadder sights, but the memories of those times have faded. As I still needed fluid, I scannedfor the familiar "Diet Coke" moniker. I found a likely (if unnamed) candidate among the lineup of broken spigots. Upon placingmy cup underneath, I was showered with Diet Coke, water, and other fluids. It is my shame that I must report that I filled mycup with whatever was spewing forth and drank it with the vigor of one thousand conquering vikings. So, to sum up, don't eathere. Read more
I had to deal with a employee in the drive thru, that was very rude. I asked to speak to store manager and was told she was not... here today. All I wanted was a receipt for my business expense. So what does he do he writes it out on a paper towel, then toldme to check my attitude, on that you get what you put out. If your rude to a customer you will get that back. This so calledmanager has no business being a manager. I went inside and was told the store manager Brittney was actually here. I talked withher and Myra, these 2 handled me professionally and that settled me down. I was told that the manager at the window wasDominick. He either needs to be re-trained or demoted he does not represent your brand.Also thanks for the call back from thesupervisor (I did not receive one) guess this is where he learned how to take care of business. This used to be a great McDonald's. But it's gone badly downhill. Interior is consistently messy. You can't find a clean table,... trash cans are full, floor is dirty. Last few sandwiches I've had were poorly made and barely wrapped. Read more
Very nasty and fly infested with dead?s ones everywhere. Out of everything and the drink machine down. I was told by a employee... that the owners could care less about this restaurant and it pretty much stays this way. Very much grossed out and will never beback. Keep in mind they were not busy at this time and could have cleaned this up but I guess they are not too concerned aboutit. Read more
The service is ridiculous. The management and staff are disrespectful, rude, and lazy. They are refusing to take orders at the... counter and rather than put a sign up or politely say "sorry we cant take orders up here at the moment but you can use ourkiosks" they snap at you and demand "No! We are not taking your order. Go to the kiosk." An other group was using a kiosk andasked for a table tent because oddly they were missing. The one friendly employee and only one who did his job correctly wasSHOUTED at by a manager in front of everyone for retrieving the table tent for them stating "These are not yours to give out, weneed them back here!" Why in the world do they need to keep the table tents in the kitchen? Because they're too lazy to carryout dine in orders perhaps? If you ask them for ANYTHING you get a death glare before they do it. Then to add insult to injurythey dont replace toilet paper or receipt rolls. There were none in the kiosks or the bathrooms.
