Honestly, I'm sick of this pizza hut. Ever since it came under new management, now that Shirley is gone, its trash. The pizzas... don't even taste good anymore. The sauce tastes weird on its best days, and normally it tastes old and burnt. They put thesmallest amount of toppings on there two. On a large pepperoni there's probably 2 or 3 pieces on top, and I think that'sridiculous. Having to pay an extra $1 for pan crust that isn't even cooked all the way and tastes like oil/grease makes mesooooo mad. Aside from the fact that the food is subpar, so is the the customer service. I've been yelled at before, called aliar, hung up on several times, been refused my food and delivery before, and have never been offered help without it seemjnglike I was a bother and was putting them out. I've been waiting for it to work itself out, but it has only gotten worse. Not afan of this pizza hut, but pizza hut is my favorite and go to spot for pizza. Avoid going here at all cost. The General Manager Annette, was highly unprofessional. I placed an online order in the amount of... 50$ When i got the confirmation that is was ready to pick up. I headed to get my order. When i arrived she informed me that myorder was not placed. I said okay, ill come in. As i proceed to enter the building she stated that she had the it wasnt herfault and she was not going to make it right. It already taken the money out of my account. I showed her snd said okay, can wejuzt remake the order since it wad already debited out of my account. She said no, that she wasnt going to make my orfer. I kidyou not it was on the order screen i can see my name i pointed it out that my order was there and she still wouldn't make thingsright. I used to think that this Pizza Hut was super friendly as a black woman in Morrilton Arkansas going to a restaurant can be hit... or miss as far as drive through service, but today on the 4th of July I have encountered an experience beyond my wildest dreams.The manager here is racist period Pizza Hut opens at 11:00 I?ve been last minute shopping and come here to grab some lunch withfamily and I was told she can?t take my order till 11:00 and it?s 10:59, by the time she got through arguing with me it was11:05 are you going to take my order or not. So glad to see the doors open again with out submissive face diapers everywhere. The staff at this location are professional and... helpful. But I feel like I can't even call to order a pizza and tomorrow because of the call center that all the calls getforwarded to. The call center is worthless I think it goes overseas. The call center people that take your order have a seriousmental disability with no concept of time. They will tell you 10 minutes when actually it could be 40 minutes because they haveno idea what's going on or how busy the location is. Read more
We ordered pizza to take to our family, from the Morrilton location, today. Food was fresh and wonderful! The best part was... the manager Angel! Her name fits her perfectly. Just a genuine, caring person. She was super busy, wearing many hats today buthandled it with a smile. We had a great conversation with her. I sure hope her employers treat her well, financially, mentally and bless her with what she deserves. The owners need to revamp this location. So much potential here and whenyou've got someone who cares about her work and the customers, they need to take pride in their facility. Read more
