Just tried online ordering for the first time. The App. Said food would be ready in 10 minutes.so you have to go inside the... store,and I did. Food WAS NOT READY. Had to wait. But all that?s ok, with me. The new chicken nuggets are worth the wait. Then Iget home and only have one set of fries. So that was a BIG BUMMER. But I WILL get my fries!! I went through the drive-thru on August the 7th on my way home from work. I'd had a really long day and figured I would just... grab a good chicken sandwich and fries to take to the house and eat. It took me 20-22 minutes to get to the window to pick upthe food and pay for the order. (I'm the third car in line from the pickup window when I place the order mind you). NormallyI'll open up the sandwich to make sure that the order was right, but on this visit I was going to give them the benefit of thedoubt. (I had already waited 20 minutes for this, I wasn't going to wait any longer). That might have been a mistake. I got tothe house and I found I had just given a double cheeseburger a ride home along with my large fry. Now when I pass this placeevery day, I think about that chicken sandwich that wasn't and I just keep on driving. I would say that accuracy is probablynot their strong suit. On another visit as a walk-in customer, I was given too much change for my order (which I returned to thecashier). Two stars might be generous. Read more
My visit today again was absolutely awful,manager Alex did not provide customer service, food was cold and not good. I went up... there to talk to management when I stated that I was not pleased with my food it was cold, management replied back well have agood day smart tone,and did not help me. I have tried going back and every time I visit this Jack's awful customer service andfood not good, tables always dirty and Bathrooms not clean. Manager didn?t care if an employee is running a very high fever, pay an uninsured doctors bill for a ?note? or come in and... spread a potential illness to customers. Great policy. Go ahead and make home visits to verify a call off from people who oftencome in on VERY short notice and unscheduled. Read more
Order messed up every time. This last time I ordered two cheeseburgers plain. Told the girl 3 times, still wrong! Watched them... over charge a customer $4 because they rang up each time separately instead of a combo! I even have enough sense to make that acombo. Contacted corporate twice no response. Read more
To say you are better off driving an extra 10 minutes to the Warrior Jacks would be an understatement because waiting on the... Morris Jacks to prepare you cold chicken fingers will take at least 15 minutes. Might aswell just pull into the Shell Stationand buy hunt brothers pizza at least it will be warm from sitting under the heat lamp. Read more
