I used to love this place but they don't even deliver anymore. They clearly lost their drive to provide for their customers.... It's sad when they use overpriced delivery services instead of employing actual delivery drivers. I'll never order here again. Read more
You can tell the pizza is good quality, but no one in our family liked it. One pizza will be discarded with one slice out of... it. The other pizza was just picked at. I would not personally recommend as the flavor profile did not work for our familyunfortunately... One star as they also gave us sour cream which was expired by one month... Read more
This place used to have the best pizza in town. *included pics of the pizza we ordered with Italian beef, garlic, and... pepperoncini, and the other is a pepperoni pizza we didn't even order* We drifted away from them when the quality startedslipping. Toight we ordered from them for the first time since before the pandemic. Our order arrived with the wrong pizza andmissing an appetizer. I called back and they did try to make it right by sending their driver back with the right pizza and themissing appetizer. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't fully cooked. The crust was visably undercooked and we could see aftertaking a bite the center of the dough was still a bit raw. The pizza was loaded, I mean loaded with cheese, but very littletoppings. I'm sad because I used to really like Aurelios. Hopefully this was just a bad night or bad timing? We are going tothrow our order and the extra pizza away because the one pizza is just not edible really, and we didn't order the other. I'lltake another break from Aurelios until I'm brave enough to give it another try. Read more
Good pizza but very disorganized and frustrating to deal with! Very inaccurate "it'll be ready in..." Estimates every time I've... ordered. Today I ordered two pizzas and only one was ready when I arrived and they had to start making the other when I gothere. Didn't offer to discount or take care of me in any way despite it being their mistake. Frustrating. Read more
I ordered twice this week. Both times online. Both times I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up and both times... they had not even started the order when I got there. I am giving 2 stars because the first pizza was good. The second one wasdry and overcooked and hardly any toppings for the price. Read more
This Aurelio's is amazing. Have never had a bad pizza from here. Grew up eating at the original location in Homewood and like... this location better. Read more
They never explain that the stuffed crust was smothered with marinara nor was it in the menu. It made the whole pizza... soggy! Also when asked for green olives and extra cheese it wasn't put on the pizza and when I asked the waitress she told meshe watched them put it on so it was enough cheese. But did emit to not putting green olives. Very unhappy for spending $134 onpizza that we couldn't take home because it was so soggy and we didn't get what we ordered. Only took $10 off the bill, veryunhappy and won't back. FYI they charge 18% gratuity to your bill automatically. Read more
