Was my first time here ever. Had friends suggest it and give it a try and it was delicious. Will definitely being going back.
I ordered for pickup at the pickup window. I got my food with a Coke and the lady told me that they were out of Coke and asked... me if I wanted anything else. I told her a Sprite, and she said she would be back with it. Well, I waited for over 5 minutes formy Sprite and I never got it. I just left. Seems like she forgot I was there. Great location! Friendly service and clean inside area.
Not greeted when we came in, no one was at the register. Finally a manager said something. The girl that took our order did not... say hello & made no eye contact, just stood there, had no idea she was even there to take our order. Our order was wrong,brought it up to the front and again NO ONE acknowledged us until a manager came up. I advised her of the lack luster customerservice skills and she was polite and fixed our food. I was a little skeptical trying it for the first time. Was taken back at the price for my meal. 12 dollars and some change.... Totally worth it though! Delicious flavorful cheese and barbecue. Was pleasntly suprised to find fried jalapeño chips in my bbqchicken mac. Was worried I wouldnt get my money's worth, but i only ate about half of my order before i was full. Read more
1st time eating here. Mac and cheese sauce was too thin. Spicy beef has 4 pieces of beef but was nice and tender. Will order... again and will make changes. Kinda pricy tho Read more
The food is amazing! They have friendly service. The way they package orders leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered one of the... family packs and they stuffed it all into one paper bag that wouldn't even close. A little consideration for the customer wouldbe nice. Read more
