Customer service is awful. Tries to hurry you through your order, then doesn?t get it right. Then won?t allow you to pay for it... over the phone, stating they are too busy right now and taking a payment takes too long. Ridiculous. Was trying to support asmall town business, won?t be doing that again. Read more
Love it. Our school lets us go off campus to eat and I can't complain. My only thing I can say is don't go at 1:00 pm to 1:20pm... during the school year and school week it gets packed. Read more
Simple Simon's Pizza ???? & it's Calzone are both capable of being an emotional support go-to duo. Pizza is a part of life, it... is coated into our DNA,.... Ordered a few carry out pizzas and the kid at the register made sure to let me know how stressed out he was cause they were ?so... busy?, i.e. 4 customers inside. Extremely hot inside, everyone was sweating. He charged me correctly but they screwed up theorder, got a regular pizza instead of stuffed crust, made it to dine in not carry out, and forgot our drinks to go. They did notrefund the difference nor offer to make it right, so I got ripped off a few bucks. The pizza we did get home with was good, onlyreason for 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
The lunch buffet was fresh and hot, they had a great attitude about putting anything you want out on the buffet even making it... from scratch without hesitation. Friendly atmosphere. Note* If you are tall (like my husband who is 6'3") or need more spacesuch as for a baby carrier I recommend sitting at the tables and not the booths because they are small. Read more
They forgot to order our pizza, made my husband wait at the window...they rushed it, burnt it and didn't even give us the full... correct order, which is half pepperoni/half Supreme... this is a 3/4 pepperoni, so 1 person will not get what they ordered..This has happened so may times with this establishment, I'm just extremely disappointed and my family of 5...will NOT return asa weekly's, will give our business to Okmulgee Read more
