This store is very well managed and service is fast and efficient..especially in early mornings..
No social distancing. People are STILL being served DESPITE the sign in front of your face asking to wear a mask. Employees... haphazardly wear the mask. I had to ask the young lady...BEFORE ordering to disinfect her hands pull up her mask and then takemy order. Read more
New to the neighborhood and work down the block from this wonderful place that helps me start my day right. Cashiers are... friendly. They always make my drinks perfectly. Never burn my bagels or drown them in butter. They can get a little busy butthat doesn?t stop them from treating every customer like their business matters. I want to highlight the lady taking care of the?grill?. There can be a load of orders and she works her tail off quickly and efficiently filling each one. Read more
I've been coming here for years as I live in the neighborhood. The staff is always very friendly & accommodating. Rarely is... there anything wrong with my order & they're always very quick. Dunkin donuts is always a great place to visit for coffee. I went in there with my mother because she wanted to get a particular... donut that she likes from there. So while she was ordering her donut I thought I would get coffee for myself and then we calledmy father see if anybody else from the house wanted anything else and they wanted donuts so we purchase donuts. It was a largeorder end staff listened intently and the order which we received was correct we thanked the staff for their patience with usand bade them a good night ! Service is good, not always is it stocked up but they do let you sample some ice cream. I did remove a star because of the lack... of seating. Sometimes there?s people in there that haven?t even bought anything and we have ended up standing up to eat whilehomeless people or people who clearly haven?t bought anything take up the seats. Other than that the staff is pretty friendly.When there are leaks on the roof or something is wrong they usually fix it by the next day.
