The cash register wasn?t working so you can only use the self serve order kiosk. But the order kiosk is very slow. It also... doesn?t list details for your order. Not sure if it even sends that info to the server because they didn?t know my drinks when Igot to the counter. Service was very slow. The drink dispenser was broken with workers taking it apart in plain sight. But theserver still handed over 2 empty fountain drink cups expecting me to use the drink dispenser. If I could give it a zero stars, i would. Couldn't even place a order with a employee at the cash. To place an order, you need... to use a electronic express pay station. I couldnt bothered. Read more
I stopped here at one of the onroute station along the 401. Went in to get a quick bite. Unfortunately, they were closed.... Seriously? On a Sunday. So I was forced to go to the tim hortons. Just as bad there. The grill was broke so my daughter wasn'table to get the only thing she wanted. Read more
Burger was genuinely cold, even after asking for it to be made fresh. We were told "it's so busy, everything is fresh"
I do not know what are their issues are,staffing or logistics issues. 4pm they were sold out of burger king main item the... whopper. I was the last customer before the closed at 4pm. There many people / truck drivers depends on these restaurants toremain open at least till 9pm. Read more

Worst customer service. I have been dropping by at this location because I cross it often since last 1 year. For some reason the... staff is always rude. They serve you cold food and coffee. They dont replace and always complain. As if they are irritated bysomething and just wanna shove customers away from the counter. Today I was lucky enough to click an image of the RUDE BOY! So disgusting, I get half way home and I find out the bottom of my bun is full of mold. So nasty, don't come here.
