Aside from not one single vegan option as confirmed by the waitress, she was rude. She mentioned in a very rude tone that she is... Tim Horton's and as such don't have vegan options (which is not what the website says). When I mentioned to her that there wasno need for it, she got defensive and even more rude. Quite often Tim Hortons has espresso machine broken, this location as well. Please make sure you fix your equipment.

Incredibly slow service considering there were 4 workers behind the counter. Worker at the register thought talking to the... workers at the fast food joint across the room from them was more enjoyable than doing their job. Tim Hortons is usually bad, this one is another level of bad. I was treated poorly by the staff because they mixed up my order.

The Staff here is rude and racist. We ordered potato wedges and dipping. And paid for it. But they assumed that we did not. And... tried to advise us in an extremely rude way that pay for it next time without checking the order properly. I don?t recommendpeople of colour going there. Tim hortons management, I see other similar comments and I can only imagine how many others mayfeel the same. Why is nothing done about this???? Please teach your staff some manners. Read more
Slow service to lack of staff. Employees not very motivated. Dining room is filthy with garbage overflowing as well as floor not... swept or mopped. Tables are dirty and trays not picked up. Read more
