This place is a must stop if you are visiting the Red Rocks! The staff is awesome! The chili rellenos are delicious and have... been on their menu for like 40 years (The bartender told me they are the only thing still on the original menu). Read more

The rooftop rocks and the experience/atmosphere is terrific. Food is good but not tremendous. Great time.

Excellent food, was impressed that they have a full vegetarian menu. Decor was amusing and colorful. Service was polite, prompt,... and helpful, the queso and vegetarian enchiladas were delicious. Read more

Great ambiance, good American Mexican food, decent beer selection, good kids options, friendly, accommodating, clean bathroom,... yummy hot sauce for sale, margarita did it's job. A great place for lunch before the Dinosaur Ridge walk. Read more

We had great food here and the service was exceptional and the views are beautiful. I am not Mexican, so I can?t say much about... all the other bad reviews on the Mexican food. It is definitely better than Casa Bonita. We had the appetizer plate as anentrée, but make sure to tell them to bring it out as an appetizer if you want it early :-) we also had the burrito. They wereboth nice. We especially appreciated two helpings of warm chips with salsa before our meal was ready. We just had water but theywere nice to bring out no ice and lemons with all of our waters. We walked around and saw lots of video games and a merchandiseplace, and gorgeous murals near the restrooms :-) Read more

Went here on a recommendation, but apparently it's been a few too many years since they'd been here. Not very good Mexican food... in my opinion. Seems like they put the meat in a crock pot all day with not much seasoning. But it was close to red rocks and itwas not crowded for lunch. Read more

Mexican lunch in a well known and popular restaurant. Chips and salsa was good and Queso was especially good. Been around for... many years. Food was very tasty and fish tacos with homemade coleslaw was very flavorful although hard to hold the soft corntortillas. Service was outstanding and we went at an off time so not busy. I hear during lunch and dinner it is very busy. Planon eating here again if in the area. Read more

Not good. Great space, great town. It is a shame that places like this take advantage of the huge number of non-repeat customers... that flow through. The chips are stale and almost certainly not made in house. The salsa is barely a step beyond tomato sauce. The margarita mix is terrible. How do you screw up lime juice, water and sugar?! Read more
