We've been here twice and it was an amazing experience both times. So far the elk medallions are my favorite entree and our new... go to appetizers are the Bison Bone Marrow and Guacamole. The view from the dining room is beautiful and we'll probably takeadvantage of the outdoor deck the next time we're in. It is expensive so expect to spend a minimum $200 for two people. Read more
1st time eating here in 10 years approx. It was great. Expensive, but great. Be prepared to use your light on your phone, the... place is dimly lit. Only complaint is that I swear they used to have rattlesnake, boar, rabbit, and pheasant. And of course Icould be wrong there. Now, if you want boar, it comes in sausage, and there is another sausage made of rabbit & rattlesnake,which was alright, but nothing like actual rabbit or a grilled filet of rattlesnake. Read more
Beautiful spot, neat location and great meat choices. It is a ton of food! Me and my husband ended up sharing a full rack of... buffalo ribs and had our own veggies, bread and salad. Service was phenomenal. Prices are a bit steep and I feel that is thereason for the lost star. It is definitely a special occasion restaurant. Read more

We were entertaining and our guests wanted to eat some western game…so we went to The Fort. Even though we live a stones... throw, we had never gone. The Fort is the place we had hoped it was. Full of charm, detailed service, and delicious food andcocktail. The view was gorgeous as well. It delivered on every level and we will certainly be inviting other guests as an excuseto transport back in time for a refined-western meal. Read more
This place was a beautiful place to go visit in it's very upscale and the architecture is out of this world it is very beautiful... and has great views. The it was. The menu is very authentic and stays true to its roots I would highly recommend going to thisplace for the atmosphere alone. This period the staff is very friendly and takes care of their customers. The waiter was able toexplain every dish it's a dish in great detail and make great recommendations for the whole table. I would always love torecommend the Fort and I will always come back for their great great food and love. Read more
Simply amazing!! We've been here a few times and it was an astonishing encounter each time. Up until this point the elk emblems... are my number one dish and our new go to starters are the Buffalo Bone Marrow and Guacamole. The view from the lounge area iswonderful and we'll likely exploit the outside deck whenever we're in. Read more
