We Visited your store Tuesday the 25th of April 2022. 2 of your employees, Tonna and Taylor were incredibly disrespectful, ... unprofessional and kept making comments to a young man in front of us in line about what he was ordering. I thought the pointof Going into Subway was to have them take your order not for them to give you a hard time about the kind of things that youput on your sandwich?? These 2 employees were making remarks about the condiments this kid was putting on his sandwich. Itwas so rude, We considered leaving and going to a different establishment. This was so blatantly disrespectful, I am writing areview. Then at check out the girl named Tonna... told this young man "You are so white!" Food is fine. Staff is unfriendly to the point of rude. Used to go regularly. But now rather prepare my lunch at home.
Ever since the pandemic, I?ve ordered two times previously online, and my fiancé ordered tonight thinking maybe they wouldn?t... mess up again and he ordered to put BBQ sauce on my sandwich, whatever they put on my sandwich was NOT BBQ sauce. Everytime Iorder online they some how mess up my order. Definitely recommend just going in the store to order instead of online. Read more
They ran out of meatballs in the middle of making my sandwich. And they didn't have any more prepared because the 3 ladies... working forgot to cook any. So I had to order a completely different sandwich. The first person at the bread station never evensaid hello. And the person at the register didn't say thank you. There needs to be a manager on duty because the people workingtoday were not interested in doing a good job. 6-4-19 around 7pm. I'm giving it to stars because the last time I want theirservice was acceptable. As of right now they're averaging two stars with me. Read more
This subway used to be great, but now every single time I go in, I see employees (in particular one female employee, but others... as well) not being as careful as they should with cross contamination of food items. If you offer things like gluten free wraps,but proceed to touch scoops directly to wheat containing bread and then place them into the container again, you're going tomake someone sick and that isn't funny. Not changing gloves, knives, etc. as well. I get that things are busy, but that doesn'tmean you can be unhygienic and potentially make someone sick. Won't be back until things are cleaner and safe again. Sodisappointed, because this never used to be a problem. Read more
