These pictures are from two different occasions that I ordered from this location. Hair was found January 9th 2021 and plastic... was found May 30th 2021. This location has experienced some highs and lows with me and my family so I've lessened my visits.Thankfully they don't argue and return part or all of your money but it makes no difference after having spent time to place anorder then wait for it just to get it and it's hair or got plastic in it! Literally I watched my husband almost choke on theplastic he got from taking a bite of his crab stick. Apparently they don't make their crabsticks from scratch they buy fromanother vendor. And I simply expressed to the lady over the phone to please stop ordering from wherever they get thosecrabsticks from because it could get them shut down if that negligence is kept up. I ordered chicken wings from this place, and this is what I got. Doesn't look appealing to me.
I decided to give this place a try since it was conveniently on my way home and my usual favorite place was not. I ordered a... shrimp meal and some shrimp toast. I bit into the 'shrimp' and as I'm chewing, something seemed off about it. It seemed like Iwas chewing chicken so I decided to dissect my meal and I honestly could not tell if it was chicken or shrimp... at this point Ifelt something wrong, like I was being deceived. When one bites into shrimp, they should know with full confidence it is in factshrimp they are eating, without question. The shrimp toast had cartilage pieces inside.. in the garbage those went! It is apretty sketchy place to order food from and I do not feel comfortable trusting it. I will definitely not be eating from hunanwok in Morristown ever again. Read more
Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. The hot and sour was great. The General tao's chicken was not. It was pretty... much straight breading. With the smallest amount of very dry dark chicken inside. Will be saving my money and going elsewhere. Read more
Went off menu for this one. I requested a dish my grandmother used to make. Steamed tofu and rice mixed together chow fun style.... They were hesitant at first (I imagine no one else orders this), but after reassurance, they attempted the dish. A couple oftimes during the process they asked again, just to be sure. When it was done the dish delicious. Very nostalgic for me. I tippedthem a bit extra and thanked them for a trip down memory lane. I foresee my visits becoming a weekly occurrence. ???? Read more
So i called to make an order for my family and the female who answeared the phone was very short kept rushing me and got angry... and nasty because i asked her to repeat my order since they always mess it up or charge me extra for stuff. She said with such anasty voice "you probably have too many kids there thats why you cant hear i felt so humiliated. This place is not that goodeither i order here when the other 2 places are backed up Laku sushi is way better and the staff is polite than that nastyfemale they have answering the phone they deliver as well and have a large and fresh menu don't purchase from this place if yougo into the store you will be amazed just by the entrance how dirty they are.
