I had a very bad experience with this restaurant which is unfortunately since thus far, their food was pretty good. However in... terms of customer service, they really don't care how they treat human beings. I called two days ago to put an order for anevent taking place four days later. I was told by Lindsey to call Friday in the evening which is 48 hours in advance. I calledat 5pm, was told they're busy and will call me right back (no specific time was given, assumed it would be a few min wait). Overan hour later, my husband calls asking to place the order again, and again was told she would call back this time she said "I'llcall you back around 7:30". Not understanding why she couldn't just take my order and write it down quickly, I was given a bunchof lame excuses and told "I can't write down the order". I told her she specifically said to call back Friday evening (which Idid) and couldn't understand why I'm being given the run around. She says "you have two options, either wait for me to call backor go with another restaurant". When I reiterated that she herself told me to call back 48 hours prior, she angrily says "IUNDERSTAND that, but I can't take your order". Flabbergasted, I asked to speak to the manager and was given the typical "I amthe manager" and then she says "you know what? You're not ordering here" and hangs up on me . This literally happened a fewminutes ago. For the rudeness factor and inability to take an order as well as manage a restaurant (definition of poormanagement skills), I'm glad Lindsey was able to open my eyes to their complete disregard for customers. I hope this reviewprompts people to think twice before going to the restaurant (also, Lindsey the manager - the woman whom I've seen before -always messes up my order. The chicken cutlet was made out of ground meat, what place does that? Disgusting. Also when you order takeout they stack hot... dishes onto plastic containers that melt into your food. Kept telling them not to stack them like that, manager was very rudeabout it. Read more
The food here was so good , I ordered takeout for my lunch break????, I ordered a lamb Gyro with no tomatoes & extra Tzazki... sauce on the side ???? with a side salad . The sandwhich was very filling and the lamb flavor was great. I will say that theyoverloaded my gyro with lettuce which was a downfall. Other than that I?d definitely come back & tell them to give me lesslettuce & more meat lol. I only took two quick pictures I was tooo hungry ???? The first photo is my Gyro where you can barelyeven see the meat & the other is the side salad! The dressing they give you is great too. Very delicious food! Meat tastes authentic. Staying at Morristown Hospital with my son while he is being cared for, and ordered... for delivery. Food arrived in less than 20 minutes. It was steaming hot and absolutely delicious! 100% would recommend to anyMediterranean food lover! Not sure about all the negative pizza reviews, did not try pizza this time. Read more
Amazing food at amazing prices. The burger I ordered was cooked to perfection. I just happened to come to this place because the... kitchen at a nearby location closed and the waiter never gave us a heads up beforehand while we were sitting. Thankfully we sawthis place and now I have place in morristown that is a go to. The menu is quite large and so are their portions so heed thewarning and dont order too much. They also have slices which looked really good and the desserts also looked delicious but wewere way too stuffed. Read more
The service is great, the food was amazing! Absolutely enjoyed the chef's platter it gave us a chance to enjoy each type of... kebab they had to offer. It was a great experience and parking was easy. We showed up around 9:30PM, for a late dinner. Theestablishment is Halal, and has multiple halal signs all over the property. Read more
Ordered on their site for delivery. It took over an hour to arrive and I live pretty close by. At the time, I had COVID so I... ordered it for delivery. When I called to check on my order, a man yelled at me on the phone and then promptly hung up on me. Ijust wanted to verify they received my order and what the ETA was. Will not be supporting this business no longer due to theirpoor customer service. Their food is mediocre. I used to get the gyro platter that was filled with oil. Read more
