Took my boyfriend here because he loves Indian and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere was super quiet and personal, and the... food was delicious. Even for someone who can't tolerate much spice at all, I was able to eat a decent amount of the food weordered. Not to mention our waitress was knowledgeable about the food and even let me know which dishes were spicy or not! Thebill was costly but definitely worth the meal we received. I've eaten here twice and have nothing but good things to say. The food is deliciously authentic and the drinks are exquisite.... Our server Sam has accommodated us both times and made sure we had an amazing dining experience through his friendly demeanorand helpful menu suggestions. Good food and great service!!! Sam, our server, gauged our table of 8 very well, and made excellent personalized suggestions.... Lychee martinis, Manhattans, red wine, and beer all deliciously paired with lamb chops, mixed chicken tikkas, biryani, saagpaneer, tadka daal, mix of naans and laccha parathas. We were there to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary. In short, we came back a bit disappointed Reg food, it was a... good experience. Ambience is decent. Here is our experience otherwise: - We had a reservation for 645pm and we reached thereby 715pm. Restaurant can make it clear to the customers at the time of reservation about the parking so that they can accountfor the time it takes to park. To restaurant's credit, they validate the parking and it saved us around $20 - For a group of 7,we were assigned a round table where the servers struggled to keep food easily. They attributed this on the fact that we were 30minutes late and the restaurant was fully booked - Our appetizer and main course orders came quickly. Dessert order did notshow up for around 30 minutes and we had reminded them few times of it. I had to walk to the entrance of the kitchen and requestfor status of the desert. I got weird looks from the very person who took our order. - After all this, we were charged $45gratuity as we were a large group. I feel that we should have been given the opportunity to determine the tip given the fiascowith To restaurant's credit, they did not charge us for the lava cake they provided for the birthday occasion. So, if it thiswas a regular day, this won't stay in our memories for long. Given that we were there were there for 2 special occasions. Ithink I will go there again. Read more
