Not sure how this place even stays in business. Have tried several times (including jusr 10 mins ago) to walk in for a... spontaneous snack. Every single time, they r sold out completely. Literally all the (very rude) kid had to offer was only ONEcup of cold rivets. Went to pay with a $20 and he wanted to give me back a roll of quarters as change. WTH??? I was recently in Morristown near this location after a doctor's appointment and I walked into the store before they were truly... open. I spoke with this nice lady and another employee Jack who said they were previous employees and that a new owner hadrecently taken over. Initially I was not going to wait for the pretzels to be made and baked, but I did end up waiting. Theywere so nice, friendly, and kept an open dialogue while I waited. Not only did they give me the product I ordered, but a bitmore additionally for waiting. The new manager I think has his customer service and priorities on steering this store in apositive direction. I went in to get my daughter a pretzel on Saturday the 18th. The employee that helped me knew nothing about the products she was... selling, gave me the wrong kind of pretzel. She was extremely rude, most definitely not a southern bell! Not to mention I had my6 year old child with me and had the most inappropriate, provocative humor I've ever heard. Placed a large order on short notice and the staff came together to make sure that it got done. I needed the pretzels... individually packaged to serve to a large group in a covid conscious environment. My order was handled flawlessly. The pretzelswere a big hit. Great job!! Read more
Pretzels are good, made fresh all day long, and are reasonably priced. My only gripe is that it is popular enough that they are... frequently sold out of items, so you never know if they will have what you want. I believe you can call ahead for orders, so ifyou know what you want you are better off calling ahead of time. Read more

I ordered a pretzel and hotdog platter for my Halloween party, a week in advance, and when I went to pick it up they said they... ran out of pretzels. Although they were apologetic and refunded us, this was very frustrating because I planned my food aroundthis platter.
