Good meal. French onion soup made with Guinness, that's the only way I am making it from now on. They use Monterey Jack... cheese, which is a little bland for me, but I was surprised by it. I do have high food standards, so if you don’t care about quality this review is not for you. Ordered fish and chips and it... had no real taste. fries were originally frozen and oil was oozing out of the fries. The food has very bland, not even a lot oflemon, salt and paper helped much. I love this place. They have nice games, good music, good food and attention is A1 - their tacos are the best. They have a new... salmon tartar that is amazing but We didnt enjoy their new peel shrimps. It had a bitter taste. Read more

Three of us for lunch. Waiter forgot to put in our appetizers order . Probably for the best because our burgers were more than... enough for us . My medium rare burger was rare . My family and I drove 30 minutes to go to The Committed Pig on Father’s Day, but unfortunately they had special brunch hours... and weren’t open for dinner. They recommended we go to the Famished Frog. We walked down the street to try a place closeby. The server was very polite and kind. Just not knowledgable. I saw they had White Sangria on the menu and I asked if theyhad red sangria. I was told they do. I said I’ll try the white and maybe order the red later. The white sangria came and itwas a very light yellow like a lemonade. It had an odd flavor, no fruit, and it definitely didn’t taste like sangria. Imentioned it to our waitress and I said I would like the red sangria instead. She served me a glass of red wine.??????????? The food: My husband had the French dip type of sandwich.. the meat was super dry and it came with a thimble fullof dipping juice.???? I had the truffle burger with truffle fries. I originally received regular fries. Maybe amiscommunication when I ordered. I was ready to accept it and my husband ordered a side of truffle fries for me. They broughtover truffle fries and the manager said it’d usually an extra cost. I tried a regular fry then truffle. DO NOT waste yourmoney. The truffle fries tasted a bit salty and in no way like truffle fries. I was disappointed yet again. My kids liked theirfood. We ordered garden pasta and a regular burger. This is why I gave a review with 2 stars instead of one. Overall, thisplace is nothing special and fine if you’re going for bar food. Don’t bother ordering Sangria. The wine was decent. Read more
