First time I ever ate there and will never eat there again. I always leave great reviews but not for this place. First off the... waitress acted like she was miserable and hated her job. It was not busy at all there. No smile, no hi how are you doing todaynothing.. Secondly we ordered the sampler and we got our food before the sampler. Had to ask where the sampler was and thewaitress came back and said it?s hot and just came up. Well that was a lie because it was cold and soggy and we didn?t eat itafter we took one bit. The chicken wrap was dry and plain with no sauce. It was just a wrap and chicken nothing was on it thatthe menu stated. I told the waitress about the food and she acted like she don?t care and walked away. No I?m sorry let mecorrect it or anything. She didn?t even ask to adjust the bill or anything considering we were paying for food we didn?t eat.Absolutely horrible customer service and Horrible food!! Paid $50 dollars for basically 2 drinks and 2 little tacos and aquarter eating wrap!! Everything else we did not eat. Didn?t even touch the sampler because it was cold and soggy. Sodisappointed!! If you don't have time to wait around on bad service then don't go here. Sure the food is good but the last 3 times I have been... here you will just wait and wait and wait. I came here tonight to pick up a to go order on my work break that was never evenstarted on . I ended being 20 minutes late back to work . The poor service is not worth the good wings here. Read more
Table was dirty. The booth seats were ripped. No sign to wait for seating. So we sat ourselves. The place was pretty empty. A... server came up and very rudelly asked us to move to the waiting area. There should have been a please wait sign or a person atthe entrance. We left and will not be back. Read more
The waitress will tell you bogo Tuesday is still a thing. When you get the check you will see it's a lie. Also, the menu prices... have not been updated to match the price charged. Stay away. Terrible company - they got ruined by corporate greed. Read more
Their wings are always hot and crispy, so good. Some of the appetizers are really good. Service is usually pretty good other... than having to wait several minutes to get seated after walking in. They are short staffed though so having to wait a fewminutes to be seated isn't terrible since service once seated is decent. This has become a "go to" pick for my husband and I. Read more
The service was pretty slow considering they weren't busy. Drinks were ok, and took forever(servers excuse was the bartender was... new). Took the food home and man was i disappointed. The zesty ranch chicken sandwich was supposed to have slaw, barley had afew pieces of carrot & cabbage, small tiny spot of the "zesty". The brisket tacos were mostly tortilla, no onions or anythingexcept a bunch of sauce and a pinch of brisket. Blah. Wouldn't return to this location. Read more
Date of visit: 11/5/2022. I consider myself a very patient person, but I waited over 20 minutes (started my phone stopwatch)... waiting for the evening shift bartender to acknowledge me and offer me a drink after shift change. I finally left without beingserved. The day shift bartender was amazing and attentive to my food and drink orders, evening shift bartender, not so much. Iwas watching football and in my opinion being a very gracious customer. This makes multiple instances (dates) of indifference tomy presence for this particular bartender. She is rarely taking care of those sitting at the bar. This particular bartender is abad look for your franchise, and company as a whole. Please discuss with her the importance of attentiveness and taking care ofher customers. Read more
