Management needs to be better about explaining that chatting a customer up is good, but let's keep the focus on get them in and... out. Tonight it was busy, but I seen a stock pile of pizzas sitting in the portal and in the back just waiting for customerpickup... However one kid running the front and he wants to chat everyone up, he's friendly and it gets backed up..... Why can'twe keep using the portal it seems it's efficient when used/ working... The cashier was a young kid who had no manners. He was drinking from a two liter root beer while taking orders and having people... type their own names on the key board for orders. I won't be back there again and don't recommend it to anyone else either. Read more
