Late night employees are very friendly, but service is slow. Not sure why it takes so long even when no one else is in line.... Food is better here than some of the other McDonald's in Morristown. There's not a lot of fast food restaurants open after 10pm, so that's a plus. Read more
Store left my breakfast sandwich out of the order. Called the store and asked why every time I go through drive through... something is left out. Manager on duty told me she could replace my order or I could go visit another McDonald?s. Read more
I hate to get free storage for this restaurant because they are good but there is very very busy and also very very short-handed... it's McDonald's used to be the very very top of the list for a college they can get it together on orders thet would be fabulousI totally blame franchise owners for this store I need to stop blaming managers if they're doing it and look their service inthe mirror say do I want to make this restaurant succeed or not. Got 2 happy meals last thurs. and 2 strawberry pies. Everything was very good and employees were courteous. I eat at this... McDonalds quite often because it's convenient for me and has not always been a good experience with food and employees. But thelast several times have been much better. Kudos to the employees. They have a sign that says " fastest drive through in morristown". This is a lie. Sat there 15 minutes. Then they couldn't give... us a receipt. The prices are high for fast food. I got a number for the table and they didn't even bring me my food. They hollered out some... order number. I didn't know it was my order because I didn't get a receipt when I ordered just a table number. The lady baggingthe food seemed like she didn't want to assist customers. Someone needs to retrain employees on putting together the sandwiches. Mayo and lettuce on top of the top bun for a mcchicken...... then it just smears everywhere when you wrapped it??? Common sense should tell you that's wrong but hey what do I know...bravo???? ???? ???? Read more
Good service,fast. When the food is fresh it's good. When they get the order correct.
