Ordered a double quarter and I get one piece of meat and zero cheese.
The food was hot and the shakes perfect. The staff was friendly. They made you feel welcome.
I?m used to McDonald?s messing up. Who ain?t, it?s a normal thing. Whatever. But this time, was something else. 6 workers,... doesn?t sound like much, but that is a decent night crew. Not too busy, but about 5 cars which if you are new can beoverwhelming I guess. Left out my nuggets, I say whatever and husband says no and we go back, 4 people, including the managerlook at me and keep it pushing. The young kid at the fry station pops around and helps me out. I get back out to the car and nowmy child wants nuggets so we go back through drive thru, quicker this time. We start to pull off and I get her food out and it?sa cheeseburger wrap. I think okay whatever she can eat it, I?m not going back again. Again husband says no so we go back and Iam looking at the burger and it is a bun with cheese. At this point I give up, I go in and they come straight to me because theyare aware I?m back for their mess up. So I tell them it was supposed to be nuggets and I got this cheese bun and they tell thekid from the fry station that helped last time to make me a cheeseburger. I said honey it is supposed to be nuggets. At thispoint baffled. During the second correction encounter I never saw the manager. I normally don?t say anything, but the hell goingon tonight?! My fries were to burnt and not salty enough. They also don?t give me enough sauce when I ask for more. Finally, when I get my... drink and taste it, it is so watered down that I want to not eat her again. Read more
This place can't keep employers they run off people and there is alot relationships there like night Manager Matt and his... underage gf Kaylin and Lori they in a 3way. They been trynna fight me and my fiance and been threatening us but won't do nothingbut lie and makeup stuff calling us names and broke and all. Horrible place Im always missing something when I order there. Went this morning for breakfast got 4 sausage and egg burritos... and 2 sausage biscuits. I only got 2 sausage biscuits and 3 burritos. Wouldn?t care a bit if this didn?t happen more than whatit ever should. Always check your bags before pulling away from this McDonald?s. Read more
Food was just old and there was a person bagging and eating her food on the bags. I work fast food we would get chewed out and... told to take it in the back. Just a bunch of people standing around, they'd see us and just stand there and talk and laugh.Tables were also dirty. Read more
Ordered a curbside pick up. Got two quarter pounder, a McDouble, caramel frappe, and a milkshake. They came out to tell me their... milkshake machine is messed up would I like something else. I said yes a fountain drink. Then someone else brought my food outand they gave me a small frappe and I payed for a medium brought me a fountain drink but still charged me for a milkshake and myquarter pounder is pink and didn?t see it till halfway thru.
