The Worst manager "Amber" ever ....I tried calling my family in something this afternoon and she answered and started off being... totally rude ,horrible attitude ever to be in the restaurant business answering phones if this store wants to keep returningcustomers 'which my family just changed our store and chain now because of this TRI COUNTY Worker -who showed up at the wrongplace of employment ....She hung up the phone on us over 3 times to begin with and then kept yelling for me to slow down talkingand was even getting into my family's personal conversation by screaming at me over my daughters personal business in my homein the background and after we gave her our personal debit card number 4 different times she then proceeded to tell us ourcard was no good .This card is 100% good and legit .So we asked for the district managers number and she hung up on us instead.So ,Amber,We told u how rude you are and you would be reported.I'm sure this isn't a first for you and not the last. Terrible experience we were there about an hour they brought out one pizza,one order cheese stix and cinnamon stix i don't even... eat cinnamon stix.i feel like pizza plus robbed me that was not a buffet and it tasted like glue btw Read more
Came in at lunch time for the buffet didn?t have fresh pizza, barely any plates, had to get our own drinks, then we had to hear... all the drama from the workers complaining about no tips! No wonder! This place has went down hill since it has moved to the newbuilding! Read more
Buffet was barely a buffet. Save yourself some money, buy a large to go so you can at least get a pizza you want.
Both my daughter used to work at the one in morriatown until it closed. I have started ordering pizza some from them again. They... have the best cheese sticks and they make the best thin crust on their pizzas. It is soft . It is the best of any of the pizzaplaces in morristown. Check it out. Read more
I don?t like to complain and this is probably the only second review I have ever left for a restaurant. But I was very... disappointed today. We went to eat the buffet well no pizza up there the girl said they could make up to a 3 topping pizza. Itold her a pepperoni which my husband eats and a hamburger mushroom for me. We had to ask for lettuce for salad. Then when pizzacame out it was a hamburger ham and pepperoni just one pizza not a variety when I ask for a desert or a specialist was told theycan?t do those. So we ate 4 pieces of the pizza because he didn?t get pepperoni and that was all 3 of us and about 5 cheesesticks and salad. It was 30.00 so if you are goin for buffet don?t just order the pizza you want because even though a buffetyou only get one pizza put out very disappointing and yes I complained but was told nothing she can do. Pizza Plus has the best salads ,sandwiches and pasta in town! The pizza is delicious of course!! The service I can say... personally at my local store at 3950 Cool Springs Rd. TN. located in the Food City area is outstanding , sweet and kind and veryfast on all services. Thank you so much guys! Read more
