Yesterday was our first experience with Redbud Deli and it was amazing! My husband had the Reuben Panini and I had a Cobb Salad.... Both items were delicious. Everything is so fresh! The employees were all quite pleasant and the service very quick. Our townhas primarily corporate chain restaurants that are just average. Redbud stands out, far and above the others. The dill potato salad was actually "different" and quite delicious. Really enjoyed that. A lot of options, and "fresher" than... fast food, but quicker than a sit down. Do recommend. Read more
I've eaten here once in the past and it wasn't terrible, but I want terribly impressed. Today was very busy, and I was less... impressed. I had the soup and sandwich special, after asking for recommendations and receiving none. The tomato bisque soup waspretty fair, I couldn't find any crackers to give it substance, and didn't want to ask, as the wait time seemed a bit excessiveeven for a busy place. The TN BLT, was just not worth paying for. The tomato had no taste, and the bacon was hard enough toqualify as hard candy. Read more
This was a 5 star restaurant IMO but since they have opened the other location in Knoxville, it's dropped down. The employees... seem to be lacking training, and knowledge about the menu. The food quality seems to have gone down. And The cake which waspretty great, has been stale the last few times. Also a lot less choices in flavors. Redbud Deli is a hidden gem in Morristown! Not only is the food excellent but they also offer and clearly mark gluten free... options on their menu. My fiancé loves several of their meals and their gluten free chocolate truffle torte is one of the bestgluten free desserts we have found! Read more
When you enter the building the first feeling you get is happiness and calmness. The building is clean and inviting, there is... several colors on the walls with a nice soft lighting that makes everything feel nice. I ordered the Chicken Basil Flatbreadwith a side of chips. And a birthday cake slice for dessert First off: the dish arrived looking splendid and full, the chickenwas slightly dry but combined with the bell pepper slices and tomatoes it tasted amazing. The lettuce on the bread was notcompletely soggy or completely dry which made a great taste, the cheese sauce that was layered under the lettuce made theflatbread slightly soft to the middle and more stiff on the edges which made a perfect texture. The chips that came with themain dish seemed to be Kettle chips and had a perfect satisfying crunch. As for the dessert it was not completely dry but moreto the dry side. The frosting was buttercream (my favorite). After you pay you get a table marker and go choose your own table.Once your food is done they bring it right to you. A woman named Kacey (I believe this is how to spell it) that had been workinghere for about 5 months at the time of this review took the order and brought the food out and was very very friendly and nice.I am very happy with the service here and with her! I've been there several times and had really good food, today was different. Instead of getting my usual hot sandwich, I... decided to get the pimento cheese. Salty! I ate 1/2 there and brought the other 1/2 home, tried to have it for dinner but toosalty to finish! (House made chips were very salty too!) Seriously, who puts salt in pimento cheese?
