I am very disappointed with this sonic. So me and family members decided we wanted root beer floats. No way to order them in the... app. Which is how we usually order anything. The lady over the phone says what would you like? I?ll just give the discount whenyou get here. We left Buffalo trail and Made our way there. Made it there, red button explained we had just ordered the floats.Lady brings them out, goes back inside and can?t issue our discount because sonic stopped ??? ice cream at half price at somepoint. Was promised a discount over the phone for there and was told we couldn?t get a discount. Just don?t think it?s veryprofessional to be promised something get there and say they can?t do it. My experience with this Sonic is unforgivable. I waited 15 minutes in the stall and then the red button deactivated itself. So I... hit it again, another 15 minutes and it deactivated itself. Tried a different stall. 30 minutes in a new stall STILL no one tookmy order. Tried to talk to a worker and no one would speak to me. Tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. Afteran hour and 30 minutes STILL NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER. I just wanted my Ocean Water, man... So please save yourself the trouble anddrive the extra 10 minutes to the other Sonic. This one isn't worth the effort. Read more

Only had one person working on a sat night took 45 minutes to get my online order I ordered 15 mins before hang so 1 hour to get... my fast food. Kid working was very friendly j felt bad for the kid but blame management for the slow motion food. When I gotthere and checked in and waited 15 mins I pushed the button and the manager said he is sorry for the wait they are short handed.That's not something customers want to hear. It's not our fault and I found that extremely distasteful! Read more

Hot dogs are poor quality. Extremely salty. Not reccomended for someone who cannot have sodium in their diet. So salty that it... burnt the inside of your mouth. Read more

Horrible ordering communication they said bad head set. Food was old dried out. Onion rings were delivered cold. Did not bring... any dipping sauce or ketchup even though we asked for it. We push the button for a 3 rd time asking for dipping sauce ketchupand a spoon. No one cam out. Saw a person delivering other food asked her to bring it after my food was all cold.
