Food is touch and go here. I have had really good food and some, not so much. The last couple of visits we have been pulled... forward and asked to wait, the last time being and excessive amount of time for only one burrito. Read more
Trash. Not even gonna waste my time bashing them.. their just trash all the way around.
We drove a hour and half because I love Taco John's and not one close where I live. We were the only customers, took 10 minutes... to finalize our order because they didn't know how to ring up breakfast items. No sausage option available because they didn'torder any. Salsa bar was not set up and my husband's Potato Olé bowl was cold. TVs were SO LOUD I asked them to turn one down.Not a pleasant experience for sure, being originally from the Midwest, this was the worst Taco John's I've been to, managementneeds to step in and step it up. I admit, it was lunch time and they were busy but I waited quite awhile for my taco salad and then I notice people that ordered... after me were getting their orders. And some of them had taco salads so it's not like their food was just ready before mine orsomething. Then when I asked about it, instead of explaining to me why it was taking longer or something, they quickly THREW asalad together and practically tossed it at me. I hadn't eaten at Taco John's in 4 years because I love in a state where we don't have it in my city. I had never been to this... one but we were on vacation and I was craving taco John's. We stopped here and the manager was super friendly I waited maybe 10min for my order as they were busy but bad at all. They were all friendly and food was just like I remember SO good!! Read more
I'm not sure what's wrong with this specific restaurant but they need better management. My bf and I eat taco john's at least 2... times a week and it absolutely never fails that at least once if not both times a week, regardless whether it's early morning ornearly lunch time, they are "temporarily closed", or "just came in and have no help so nothing is prepared" (at 10:30 thismorning). If it was just a time or 2 here or there it'd be different but this has been every week for at least 2-3 months. Andonly gotten worse since they got rid of the best manager they had, Mrs Janet. Something needs to be done about the management atthis location. I will continue to make complaints and leave horrible reviews each and every time this ridiculousness happensuntil someone in corporate gets off their tails and does something about it. Read more
This was the 1st Taco John's that we ate at in 7 weeks. We drove 70 miles, we missed our Taco John's. The ladies were fabulous.... The food was great and the establishment was very clean. Read more
