What a great find and it sits high on a mountain top. As macupichu, travelers will come from all over to try this new good eats!... The scents from the wood chards are hypothesizing as blend into the cool mountain air. The chicken is full of flavor and to thebone! The skin is too good to pull off to the side, it must be consumed. The golly green giant would be proud looking down onthe green beans here. Cooked perfectly, fresh and balanced with oils snd salt. I topped both my chicken and beans in their freshhomemade green salsa which is one of the best that I have tried so far! Mount your alpaca and claim to top of the mountain ofgood eats! Read more

We love Alpaca chicken and this is our weekly stopping by place to grab dinner. We also love their unique dressing sauce there... (both yellow sauce and green sauce are good). However, its been for a year none of this sauce/dressing cups will work with anylids. You can call it is really bad quality. So every time we do take out, I hold the take out bag on my lap in the car. Andthese sauce will leak all over everything. Same problem going on again and again. Read more

I ordered the Arroz Chaufa. This is, by far, it's one of the most delicious rice dishes ever. The combination of the sausage,... rice, egg and chicken is amazing. I love the green sauce as it adds a bit of spice. I also ordered the Pollo with fries andrice. That one is not my favorite or something that I would order again. However, it is a popular dish from there. The last timethat I ordered it, the chicken was dried out. However, they make their rice very well. The Yucca fries are good. It's either youlike them or you don't. They can be a comforting food. I love the french fries. The cut is thick and I love how they fry them.Overall, a very good place for Peruvian food. Read more

The maduros (sweet plantains) are hands down my favorite go to side, hula fries are great when fresh and hot, and surprisingly... the black beans over rice pack soo much flavor it?s crazy. All the sides are amazing. I buy the family meal, a whole chickencut into 8 pieces and 2 large sides. Can?t go wrong with any of the sides to be honest. Lastly, the sauce. I am addicted tothe yellow sweet tangy mayo type sauce and green jalapeño style sauce, tastes even better mixing in a little of the greensauce into the yellow. This chain originated from Mami Nora?s off wake forest and seems like they are opening more restaurantswith the alpaca name. But people who have been around the Raleigh area for a while know it was first Mami Nora?s before theyexpanded and opened more stores under Alpaca. Either way, both are amazing and hands down my top 5 places to eat for take outor cheap dine in. Read more

I ordered 1/4 chicken (dark meat) with yucca fries and rice. They also have Inca Kola! One of my favorites! I highly recommend... this place. The chicken is amazing, and dipping your yucca fries in their sauces is the best! The outdoor seating was nice too! This place reminded me of a meal I had when I was in Peru! Read more

Loved their whole chicken, it is tender and full of flavor. But I wish we had not ordered the side salad. First they forgot the... dressing after confirming trice about the dressing choice over the phone. Then I found plastic bag shred in my salad. I cantotally imagine it probably came from the vegetable bag when they cut it open. Nonetheless, it?s unacceptable. Chicken only! Read more
