This place is a dump!.Poor customer service and they never have the icecream flavors/doughnuts you want. The business is ran... poorly and it shows whoever owns the place care nothing about the customer, but only the profit. Do us all a favor and PLEASEclose this location down. I live walking distance and would rather drive thirty minutes away before I ever visit this storeagain. Worse ice cream experience. 1st time I went they didn?t tell me they didn?t have my topping. So, when I get it and drive away... then I realize they put on a different topping. When I drive back they state they?re out of my topping. Why would you not tellme and put on a topping that I didn?t ask for? How do you know I wasn?t allergic? 2nd time; this Friday they are out ofbasically everything I ask for! They are very unprofessional. They don't know what they have and what they don't. That take your order and when you move to... the next window, they tell you that they don't have half of what you already ordered and confirmed at the previous window. Giventhat it's only a drive through, you can't come back to reorder. So half of your party has nothing. Not coming back here. Read more

I stopped by in a good mood thinking I would get some icecream. I walked in and stood at the counter and I was completely... ignored. I scooted over to the register and was still ignored. Three workers walked by. No one said hello or asked to help me.They acted as if I wasn?t there. This went on for 10 minutes. I said ?excuse me? then one lady finally said hello (while she waseating the food) but did not offer to help me. Instead she turned around and finished her food. I didn?t go off. Came here to redeem a birthday ice cream scoop!! The guy and gal who helped us were sweet and friendly. Our ice cream was... yummy!! A baby scoop isn?t big, but still tasty. The only complaint was the lack of signage on 50% of the ice cream flavors. Read more

We were waiting to be waited on and the cashier helped another customer who came in after us. We were told that we had to pay... for our ice cream first. The scoop sizes were half of what they used to be and the ice cream was extremely soft. You pay extrafor sprinkles but they were out of which they didn?t know until after we paid. The staff was rude.
