First timer at this restaurants location. Service from the bartender was great, ordered a drink while waited for my "to go"... order. Was very disappointed when saw my order for my boneless wings I had received when i got home. Have been to hooters in years ( at least that is what all guys say) I was craving wings. Was a bit disappointed with the smokey... wings, they were closer to being baked with no smoke flavor but overall were pretty good. The salad was fresh and the server Keedid a fantastic job. Read more
If you want good food, not this place. My food wasn't cooked to the way I ordered. The manager Jeremy put the wings on the... grilled top and sent them back out. They were gross. Then he finally offered to make me a new batch of wings, after the familywas done eating. If this is the manager, this location will have issues. Traveling to North Carolina, I've been here 20 times.The worst experience. The manager was to busy hanging out in the parking lot in his apron on with friends. Our server did thebest she could, with the management she had. Really sad, never had this happen at any Hooter's since they started in Florida. Read more
Got this order and then called about it and told me to come back up there for them to remake it 30mins prior to them closing. I... shouldn?t have to drive back up to an establishment to get my food remade because they made an error. Worse customer serviceever. Read more
As Hooters is my favourite chain restaurant and the ONLY place I eat buffalo wings I must say that this meal was the BEST eating... experience at a Hooters in over a year! The service was spot on and the food was fresh, hot, and perfectly sauces/seasoned! Read more
Excellent service! Friendly staff. It was my first time ordering/ eating at hooters ????I decided to do takeout with curbside... pickup. The meals I ordered which was fish ???? and chips / lemon ???? pepper wings with two side salads was absolutelydelicious ???? I?ll definitely be dining in the next time I decide to have lunch or dinner at hooters. Placing my take outcurbside order over the phone ???? with Kia was great! The employee definitely have excellent customer service skills ????when Ipulled into the parking spot for curbside Kia immediately came outside to provide me with my order she even put ketchup in mybag without me having to request it! Had a really good lunch here recently. Got a cheeseburger and curly fries, the building was in good shape and possibly was the... best hooters I've been too, the ones I've had experience with have felt a bit dated, this one felt maintained and in good shapeif that makes any sense.
