Always at least 10mins late on the online orders. Try to build that into when I come to get it, but then it will be 15 mins... late. How difficult is it to adjust the time order will be available? If just a rare occurrence, then fine. But EVERY darntime??? Just needlessly frustrating and makes it less and less likely we will come to this Jersey Mike's, almost at the pointwe will not come back at all. Don't know the name of the young lady who made my sandwich this afternoon around 2:30, but she did a FANTASTIC job and deserves... a raise! Update: went back today (7/23) after the gym to get lunch, and the same young lady was working (I think someone calledher Grace?), but she was too busy to make my sandwich, so someone else did.
