I am a big Mezeh fan and have been going to its different locations in Virginia since the last 5 years. Happy to have found the... Twin Lakes location during a visit, and must say that the bowl I got here, was as fresh and flavorful as the ones I used to getin Short Pump. Highly recommend trying a Mezeh bowl if you haven't yet. That said, I also want to call out, based on my recentcouple of visits to this location, that their speed and accuracy of service could use some improvement. Read more

We drove from Raleigh to Morrisville to come here because the in Raleigh is closed. The restaurant is very nice but not too... clean. Every table was dirty. So was the drink station. The young man that served us was very nice. But the young girl that wasthere was not nice AT ALL even when I said hi, she said nothing. The food was good as always. But the change of the bowl sizewas very disappointing. As long as the restaurant In Raleigh is closed, I will return. Healthy, flavored, hearty, delicious food. Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is a really nice restaurant. It is a very attractive... package with comfortable outside and inside spaces just perfect for every season of the year. The service is excellent. But thesignificant thing, the food is delicious. It's really amazing that it can be delicious and healthy at the same time. I did abowl with arugula, kale, mixed greens, spinach, chicken kebab and chicken shawarma as protein with Turkish salad, spicy humus,Lebanese tabbouleh with lemon garlic. Came to Mezah after we got to know they serve Halal meat even though it doesn?t says on their menu we confirmed with the... employees working there. Seating is nice and clean. Food is pretty good but can be done better taste wise. Read more

The food was very good and the fountain drinks were good as well. When I say fountain drinks I?m referring to their fountain... drinks not the usual Coca Cola or Pepsi products. There was one out of the few I liked the most and it was green but I can?tremember the name of the flavor. Anyways, if you get a bowl, they pile it as high as you want. Chipotle style process in choosing food at counter. Tried chicken kebab, shawarma and veg kefta along with most of the toppings... in a bowl. Felt healthy ingredients and full. It's Mediterranean and so does the taste. $10 a bowl worth trying. Read more

Delicious, fresh and flavorful. there are a lot of topping and dressings to choose from - you are definitely gonna find... something you like. We tried 2 veggie bowls with white basmati rice and falafal and veg kefta. both the veg protiens wereamazing. the toppings had me confused as i wanted to get almost everything, and I did. There is not limit on how much you wantto put in. The spicy hummus and cilantro hummus are a must try. another favorite on mine was the spicy feta. I got the roastedeggplant to try as well but could have done without it. We also got the couscous on the side and next time I am getting a biggerportion of it. After spending a lot of time in picking my toppings, I was told I could pick as many dressings as I want(everything looked amazing). I ended up getting tzatziki (staff recommended) and spicy schug, harrissa and lemon tahini on theside. the sauces are delecteable and most importantly, every sauce is very different in flavor. Hubby ended up putting all thesauces in his bowl and that also tasted pretty good. we got some mango drink which was refreshing and mildly sweet (just how Ilike it).
